My room was next to the fitness center and it was very noisy
Always a great experience staying at the Westin from the friendly front desk staff (Manuel and others), to restaurant (Viviana and Yasmin), and gotta make mention of the guys working hard in the Valet (Mario, Sebastian, Andrew, Lavont and Samuel)!
This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. All thanks goes to Ms Porter! I don’t know how she makes my coffee perfect every time! I don’t even remember my order Ms Porter just has it memorized!

I travel a lot, it’s important to me when I travel to feel at home, to feel comfortable, to feel taken care of. The staff at this particular location do a very good job of fulfilling, my needs, and the feelings that I desire.
The hotel itself is conveniently located, great ambience, great staff, and always and overall wonderful experience.
Things that consistently stand out to me Ceilia at the main bar/restaurant always remembers my name, in addition she always remembers my drink. She makes me feel like I am Family and I appreciate that. The staff at the front desk they always go beyond the normal to also make me feel as if my return is the best thing in the world. I recognize that I am not the only customer, but the idea of feeling important makes me feel very good about where I spend my money and where I choose to stay.
The location is great. Best perk was to get checked in at 2:30! That was epic and so appreciated. Also checkout is at noon! Wish all hotels did that! Staff were super helpful. The valet was super fast getting the car when we needed it. This Westin really has their act together! Holiday decorations were gorgeous.

Great staff at the hotel and had a great experience with the baristas in the Starbucks. They were kind, attentive, and patient with all of their customers.
The hotel staff, especially Andy with valet and the hotel manager were exemplary. The Statbuck’s baristas were great and kind. Great location.
Great location for our shopping weekend and close to great restaurants. Loved that we were able to self park, even if it did cost. Loved the view from the pool area. Hotel was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Had a hard time finding the hotel when arriving. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the valet drop off so just self parked. All good!
I come to the Westin often on business love the hotel, Everyone is so nice and accommodating. And I especially like when i see Ms.Porter she always remembers me. Thanks for your good service.

Just want to say ty to Manuel , marevic and yumei very amazing people , this hotel is basically is family to me they always make my stay the best as possible thats why i always come back because of them , the rooms are great and especially the cleaning lady Margot she’s always so sweet and always does the most to make sure I have clean towels etc. so I just want to personally thank you guys !!! And recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Houston or trying to get away !! Ty so so much , sincerely,

Our Hotel stay was only for one night but the hotel is beautiful and they gave us a wonderful room with a fantastic view.
More importantly, the staff was amazing.
Marevic and Manuel treated us as if we were important. Smiling and extremely helpful. Kudos to them.
Mrs.Porter is amazing person every time I come in the morning she has a beautiful smile and this is why we always come back for more coffee every morning give her 100 stars
