It’s like family and a home away from home for me, my husband and my little pug. Honestly, Hands down the best Westin. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities and the location, everything is close by , the mall , restaurants and the rooms super clean and spacious, the pool and the gym on the 18th floor , I mean I can go on for days !! So if your in Houston I highly recommend this Hotel !!
I came to Houston on my Husbands Business Trip. I had a wonderful time. The overall property is well maintained and the rooms as spacious and very clean.

It was great, the room bed and all atmosphere was perfect. The team was so nice, greeting us and ready to solve any hiccup. Kudos to Diego Manuel who helped me finding a cook dining place I would have preferred a buffet setup for breakfast instead of having to order. The location is central to this houston district and easy to connect with.
I stay at the Westin a lot on business. Every one is always so nice,especially Ms.Porter on the 3rd floor. Every time I come she remembers me. Always so nice and sweet, makes me laugh.
Manuel and Yolani were great and we enjoyed our stay! Best customer service and we enjoyed our room and the bar area. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is Extra nice and Extra clean with a very nice high Deck with pool that gives a beautiful view of the city .
But the most thing I was impressed with was the staff, I haven’t had a great service like this in a while . Big shout out to the management team starting with the Director of Operation Mr. Akram Soufi to the Management team and staff Manuel , Yolanda , Yumei .

Great room, amenities, location near Memorial Hospital and skywalk to local mall. Service by Manuel, Diego and Alex was great.
I visit their Starbucks often and Mrs. E is very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommended this Westin and when you’re there go to the 3rd floor and visit their Starbucks for a friendly dose of caffeine.

I brought my daughter to celebrate her 13th birthday weekend. Manuel and Alexis made her weekend very special. By giving her a small gift of delicious sweets a late check out due to the winter storm. The room was very clean and comfortable.
