The staff was not helpful. I made a request for a tax refund for which I am entitled under federal law. They refused to process it and were rude and dismissive.

Great location to stay and visit Pasadena‘s Huntington Gardens.
Pros:

We stayed at the Howard for so many times and still like it because the staff is very friendly and it fits our budget well. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are big and their beds are very comfortable…. the Building tho has come to age a bit.

Cons:

The Outdoor garbage bins look abolutely terrible and worn.
