Cons:

Bei der Ankunft gab es leider nicht genug Zimmer Karten für jeden Gast, so das man sich eine Karte teilen musste bei einem doppel Zimmer.
Das Personal war im großen und ganzen nett, leider haben wir uns bei der Ankunft leicht veräppelt gefühlt, nur weil man nochmals nachfragen musste wo man unterschreiben muss wurde man belächelt. Nach einer langen Reise wünscht man sich da mehr Professionalität. Das Verhalten war unangebracht.

Kommt man zu spät an muss man sein Auto leider etwas weiter weg parken.

Pros:

El personal. Nos encontramos en recepción con una persona que hablaba español y nos ayudó a encontrar hasta una farmacia de guardia.
La situación, dado que está al lado del tranvía y cerca de Alexander platz.

Cons:

- El desayuno no me pareció bueno. Distintos tipos de embutido, pero no bueno. Huevo revueltos muy hechos,...
- Si vas para estancia corta el hotel está bien, pero el armario es minúsculo.

La ubicación. El desayuno. El personal

Cons:

En la habitación no hay caja de seguridad. No tiene placares. Solo 2 box minúsculos y 3 perchas. El baño es abierto a la habitación, sin puerta.

Ho fatto questo viaggio in famiglia e abbiamo trovato personale accogliente struttura in ottima posizione vicino al centro e ai mezzi di trasporto staff educato e disponibile ottoma colazione unica cosa il terzo letto non comodo basta mettere un materasso più alto e rigido. Ci tornrrei lo consiglio

Pros:

Lage. Fantastisches Rührei beim Buffet.

Cons:

Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung (nur auf besondere Bestellung - keine Ahnung ob das extra kostet).

Nur 2 von 3 Liften benutzbar.

Im Stiegenhaus brannte nur in einem von 5 Stöcken Licht. Damit war die Benutzung auch tagsüber nur mit der Handy-Taschenlampe möglich.

Das hotel bietet Flexibilität des Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück : Zeitfenster je nach Aufenthalt besteht die Möglichkeit was gutes zu essen ,
Der Aufzug : Zimmer sind nur fur Geste erreichbar und nicht eine Verweilen Meile für alle ! Hält sauber das Hotel
Das Fenster : lässt sich öffnen.
