Muy completo el desayuno y la ubicación genial

Cons:

Para que limpien la habitación hay que decirlo en recepción cada día. Al no ser informados estuvimos los 4 días sin recoger la basura ni limpieza,
Al terminar la estancia pregunté porque no hacían la habitación y me lo dijeron.
Creo que esto deben informarlo al llegar

non c'è stata per 2 giorni di seguito il riassetto della camera o il cambio degli asciugamani, servizi sempre garantiti e fondamentali per un soggiorno business.

EL desayuno autoservicio es muy completo.

Cons:

Solicitamos limpieza de habitación abajo en recepción (hay que solicitarla) y la misma no fue hecha. Tuvimos que bajar a solicitar toallas nuevas y permanecer con la habitación desordenada y sin hacer.

Really surprising, would be back again!
Pros:

Excellent location, near restaurants, shops, bus stations and metro. Very safe neighborhood. The breakfast is very complete, like a brunch, with the german whole breads and cakes; also beans, eggs and chicken balls... and it's already included in the price of accommodation, I didn't pay any extra. Breakfast is from 6h30 until 11 a.m. which is also good : ). The room is very cozy and warm, has an optimal lighting, automatic curtain and the floor of the bathroom has a heating! In the shower has an explanation about how to heat / cold the water.

Cons:

They don't have room service, only have snacks, sandwiches to eat at night. There's no refrigerator in the room and you cannot put your food outside the window to cold it.
