Razoável.
Pros:

Localização

Cons:

Instalações antigas, não tão bem cuidadas, limpeza poderia ser melhor. Não tinha internet na TV, solicitamos manutenção 2x, na primeira alegaram resolver mas não resolveram, na segunda não foram.

Cons:

. Não terem avisado que o local/restaurante estava fechado;
. Não responderam nenhum dos 3 contatos. Simplesmente ignoraram;
. Achei absurdo no valor da diária não estar incluído o café da manhã. Quem opta por um Hotel escolhe por comodidades, entre elas o café da manhã, do contrário opta por um Airbnb.

Honestly, a 3 star hotel.
Pros:

Swimming pool clean very regularly.

Cons:

Staff is absolutely not well trained. The entrance was under construction and checking in/parking was a nightmare.

I also had a problem with my bedroom key that was very badly handled, every room service (I did many) either had mistakes or it was severely delayed.

Precisando fazer uma reforma nos quartos e limpeza melhor nos banheiros. Havia mofo no chão do box e móveis desgastados. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Café com gosto amargo. A privada estava muito próxima da parede, ao ponto de quando sentava a perna ficava encostada nos papéis higiênicos.

Me serviu apenas pelo conforto de estar no hotel do evento que participei. Mas não repetiria.

Chuveiro muito bom!

Cons:

Valor absurdamente incompatível com o hotel. Comida bem ruim (buffet de almoço que só comi uma vez por falta de opção) e MUITO CARA. Café da manhã decepcionante.

Cons:

Roupas de cama, faltou um bom edredom e travesseiros extras. O Hotel só forneceu colcha fina que não aquecia nada e de material ruim.
