Very far from the city, otherwise hotel and other stuff are okay. Nice location.

The view from the apartment was amazing and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect for families with kids. The hosts were prompt in their replies, even providing us with food recommendations and helping us with our taxi bookings. The location is very central. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks!

Greetings to all visitors and guests to Shanghai . I found the Regal Plaza Hotel &Residence though searching the Booking.com luckily. The hotel is situated in the very quiet and cozy place to rest after the busy and noisy day. The hotel has great view and betiful lobby and dining room. The gym is well equipped available and the most point the manager, staff and employees all are responsible, respectfull and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and services are acknowledged. I will advice surly to my close friends. Also the prices are affordable for young tourists and visitors. The subway station is too close.

Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking.

Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property.

This is a great property. The location of this hotel is a bit out of the way. However there’s a metro station that’s only five minutes away. Getting to center of Shanghai is not a problem. This hotel is very quiet and clean. It was exactly what I needed.

Little bit far from airport but worth the stay

距離市區太遠，去上海外灘需要搭1小時的士！不過服務員態度友善！設備也很完善。但自助早餐不太好吃，希望可以改善。

附近有便利店與星巴克，基本購物需求沒問題(比較適合商務出差)。

Hotel was comfort, but so far from downtown, metro station on five minutes walk which is good if you don't want to take expensive taxi to go Downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was ok, 24 hours reception and people do speak little English

The Regal offered very good value for dollar. It is located about 7 minutes walk from a metro station. The neighborhood is a bit remote (no restaurants or shopping). It's about 45 minutes from Pudong airport (with no traffic).
My one complaint would be that the hotel restaurant offered a very limited menu.
The staff were very nice. I had a problem with my room. Ella at the reception did a great job solving the problem.
So overall, I would recommend this hotel to other business travelers.

Great space. Big rooms but industrial area.

Amazing hotel, great service, everyone from front desk reception, to concierge, to house keeping and to restaurant's staff were helpful and obliging,
location is close to metros,
it was wonderful to have such a nice big room, accommodating staff ,
happy staying there and will be back!

hotel is in separated commercial area so no shops or restaurants, the hotel is setup for you to eat at the hotel, there are a few local shops on other side of rail bit very limited and you need to know where, air conditioning is fixed even though room has controls, oh there is a Starbucks in another commercial building nearby so that helps, really to sum it up.... no shopping, no outside food, far away from western mainstream so it's used more for overnight tourist buses, it comes with a completely empty kitchen with no plates cutlery pots etc so don't rely on cooking yourself, they do sell plastic plates and forks as a token option, so again it's setup for buses and bus packages,

Good location if you have business at the free trade port zone. Neraby subway.
