Ottima posizione, ma weekend poco rilassante.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti in auto dall’impianto di risalita di Colbricon, meno affollato rispetto alla Tognola. Comodo parcheggio coperto con deposito sci. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camere pulite. Colazione varia e di qualità, molto apprezzato l’estrattore con succhi freschi. Bella la SPA e la zona benessere.

Cons:

Purtroppo siamo capitati in un weekend con molte famiglie e bambini e l’atmosfera non è stata molto rilassante, anche se era proprio quello che cercavamo. Durante la cena il rumore era elevato e anche la zona benessere è risultata poco godibile e con i bambini che urlavano era difficile rilassarsi.
Va comunque riconosciuta la disponibilità dello staff, che si è scusato per il disagio.
La cena a buffet ci ha lasciati un po’ delusi, niente di particolare e poca scelta di piatti tipici nelle due sere in cui abbiamo cenato.

Accogliente. Vista meravigliosa.
Pros:

La posizione è centrale, e grazie alla tessera bus dell' hotel non c'è stato bisogno di prendere la macchina. Lo staff è sempre sorridente e cordiale, dal servizio delle pulizie, ai camerieri e alla responsabile del centro benessere Denise.
Gli arredi e l'ambiente, interno ed esterno, sono molto accoglienti. La colazione è molto abbondante e di qualità. Le stanza piccole ma accoglienti, il bagno adeguato per la dimensione della stanza. La zona benessere sempre pulita e ordinata. La pulizia delle stanze è giornaliera.
Il garage interno con l'accesso interno all'hotel è una vera comodità, soprattutto quando ha nevicato, siamo riusciti a mettere le catene al coperto.
Una vista magnifica delle bellissime montagne.

Cons:

La piscina della zona benessere troppo piccola per l'affluenza, soprattutto di bambini. L'avrei preferita se fosse stata solo una piscina relax, non una piscina divertimento per bambini.
Secondo me dovrebbero far rispettare di più le norme igieniche prima di entrare in piscina, come per esempio la doccia obbligatoria prima di immergersi..
Poi, ho viste due ragazzine adolescenti portarsi da mangiare in sauna, non so se è permesso ma magari scriverei delle norme da seguire prima di accedere alla zona SPA, da tenere anche nelle diverse camere..

Staff molto disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta. Letti comodi.

Cons:

Area benessere con pochi posti disponibili. Per sedersi bisogna arrivare all’apertura e la piscina esterna inutilizzabile per la presenza costante di bambini molto chiassosi.
Camere da letto non insonorizzate. Si sentono rumori dai piani sopra e dalle camere vicine.
