Everything was amazing.
Le Riad est très beau et bien placé seulement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage .
La piscine est grande et très agréable.
Le spa qui est très beau .
Le restaurant où les plats sont très bons et le service parfait .
Le petit déjeuner qui est incroyable, et une mention particulière pour le serveur guinéen qui est professionnel et d’une gentillesse .

Manque parfois de professionnalisme au niveau du personnel. Les chambres ne sont pas correctement vérifiées : il manquait du shampoing, du gel douche ainsi que des serviettes.
Il y a également d’autres manquements, notamment l’absence de serviettes pour les transats. Il faut constamment se lever pour aller en demander, alors qu’au prix de 160 € la nuit, il me semble que ce type de service devrait être irréprochable.
Ma fille a également réalisé un soin du visage. Étant seule dans la cabine, elle a constaté que la masseuse utilisait son téléphone pendant le soin et la massait d’une seule main. Je trouve cela particulièrement peu professionnel.
Nous avions une chambre côté rue, malheureusement mal isolée phoniquement. La nuit, le bruit des scooters nous réveillait régulièrement.
Enfin, la poignée de la baie vitrée nous est restée dans les mains, ce qui témoigne également d’un manque d’entretien.
Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement pourrait être très agréable, mais au regard du prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à un niveau de service et de qualité nettement supérieur.

Sauna, baño turco, jacuzzi...parecían apagados o fuera de servicio.

De vreselijke rioolstank in de hele kamer. De hele nacht niet geslapen door de stank. Douche was verstop waardoor water niet doorliep. Verhuizen naar een andere kamer met een dochtertje vond ik lastig. Hotel is erg verouderd en niet onderhouden. Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding.
We stayed here for a couple of days it was lovely we had an absolute amazing time.
Only issue was non of the menus came in English so we had to use Google to translate it for us
