Hotel 155 foi o que sempre escolho apesar de ter outras possibilidades mas ja vamos a São Paulo a 20 anos e prefiro esse hotel pelas pessoas que nos atendem são muito especiais todos da recepção, da limpeza e principalmente o Leonardo, muito atencioso

The entire experience, ranging from the reception to the room and the breakfast, was awful.

The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and they demonstrated very limited proficiency in English. We encountered several issues with our room, including a leaking air conditioner and a missing window that had been replaced by a simple plank, which failed to provide adequate soundproofing against street noise. One of the shower tiles was loose, leading to stagnant water and a foul odor while showering. Additionally, the towel hook was nearly unscrewed. There are maintenance issues throughout the property. The hotel feels very outdated, the amenities are quite basic, and the Wi-Fi is extremely slow.

While I understand the need to use a key card for hotel security, requiring guests to swipe in to enter the breakfast area feels unwelcoming and makes me feel like I am being treated with suspicion, as if I were a thief.

We decided to check out after our first night and move to another hotel. The reception staff was unable to change our room without the manager's approval.

We would certainly not recommend staying there.

Sinceramente para ser ruim teria que melhorar...Além da arrogância no atendimento gosta de criar caso, ficamos apenas porque já era tarde!
