Pros:

Very comfortable bed!
Hotel is located next to the metro station.
Rooms are big enough to work there comfortably

Cons:

We experienced difficulties in communication with staff:
Firstly we have been waiting around 20 minutes for our order at the hotel restaurant to be informed that we have to change the selected meals, then after another 30 minutes we got the information that cook is ill and kitchen is closed…
Secondly, during the check out I got an invoice of 190 euro extra and the Receptionist was not able to explain me in English what I would pay for! (all my expenses were paired on arrival date) It took around 40 minutes to sort it out

Cons:

O frigorífico no quarto faz muito barulho a trabalhar.
Fraco isolamento sonoro, ouve-se muito o trânsito, pois o hotel está no meio da cidade.
