Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Bella struttura con una spa molto piacevole e ben curata. La colazione è abbondante e le camere sono calde, con un letto molto comodo. Ottima anche la posizione, a soli 200 metri dagli impianti. Parcheggio disponibile a circa 100 metri.

Unica piccola pecca, considerando il prezzo: la spremuta d’arancia a colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa e non pagata a parte.

Solo l'ubicazione, servizi e personale inadeguati. Camera non pulita, senza neppure due bicchieri. Angolo cottura del tutto sfornito.

Cons:

Servizio terribile. Avevamo lasciato la valigia alla reception al momento del check out, su indicazione del personale dell'hotel. Siamo tornati a riprenderla e, dopo averci fatto attendere mezz'ora, la valigia pareva smarrita. Nessuno sapeva dove fosse, nessuno ci ha rassicurato o chiesto gentilmente di pazientare. Solo dopo aver insistito davanti alla noncuranza del personale per il possibile smarrimento della valigia e dopo aver fatto presente che avevo molti oggetti di valore all'interno, sono andati a cercare altrove e la hanno ritrovata! Non abbiamo ricevuto nè scuse né alcuna tentativo di spiegarci quanto accaduto. Rapporto qualità prezzo infinitamente basso. Sconsiglio vivamente.
