Parfait pour une étape avec arrivée tardive
Pros:

Propre, possibilité d'arrivée tardive avec Keybox. Sympathie du personnel entrevue au petit déjeuner et check-out. Facilité de parking et très bonne pizzeria au pied de l'hôtel.

Falls ich wieder mal nach Freiburg komme, dann buche ich bestimmt wieder ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Gratis Parkplätze beim Hotel schätze ich sehr. Ebenso die Nähe zur Tramhaltestelle und die gratis ÖV-Karte. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner See. Hier kann man wunderbar spazieren oder Zeit verbringen.
Mein Zimmer war sehr gut und hatte alles was es braucht. Es war auch sehr ruhig.

К сожалению, впечатление оказалось очень негативным.
Стены в номере были грязные, но самое неприятное — запах из Ванной комнаты. Он был настолько сильным, что приходилось постоянно держать окна открытыми, из-за чего в номере было очень холодно. Подземный гараж был закрыт, и если вам удалось запарковать машину на очень узком месте, вам действительно повезло.

Возможно, стоит уделять больше внимания уборке и состоянию санузлов. В таком виде, к сожалению, не могу рекомендовать этот отель.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aufgenommen. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden gut aufgenommen und auch umgesetzt.
Die Nähe zum Seepark war bereits Aufforderung für einen schönen Spaziergang.
Die Unterkunft ist mit der Straßenbahn super erreichbar. Dadurch ist man auch sehr zügig in der Innenstadt

Problemloser Check IN ( Rezeption vorhanden ) Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service. Ein TOP Preisleistungsverhältnis !!!
Genügend Platz im Zimmer sowie im Badezimmer. Das Zimmer wirkt frisch und modern eingerichtet und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich habe keine Geräusche von aussen mitbekommen.
Die Tram ist in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. ( Ca. 200 - 300 mtr )

Cons:

Nach meinem Emfpinden waren die Matratzen sehr weich.

Zimmer an sich OK
Aber morgens ab 6Uhr sehr wurde es sehr laut das selbe auch abends bis 22.00Uhr. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Penny Markt. Beim Einräumen der Regale und mit Paletten Rolli ist es sehr laut.
Beim Aufbacken von Brotwaren war die Glocke sehr laut.
Somit war die Ruhe dahin.

Lage zum Haus der Ärzte und Straßenbahn . Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas mulmig wenn man am Abend im Dunkeln eincheckt bzw. nachts ins Hotel zurückkommt , da etwas abgelegen und Rezeption nicht besetzt ist .
