The location isn’t the best but luckily the bus station is a few minutes away.
Hotel muy lindo , habitaciones amplias , el personal muy atento dispuesto a ayudar en todo , mucha información , hablan inglés fácil de comunicarse. Nos encantó!!

Disabled friendly, lift, pool, parking, concierge 24/7, small gym, 5 mins walk to 7/11, good location in old town but 15 mins drive to center. Clean, great service, nice staff, free coffee, tea, microwave, water, snacks. Private bathroom and toilet.
Amenities need improvement, shadow spots at the pool, towels for the pool, safes.
They are so kind, so nice. they help us lot!

Amazing stay, I recommend
This hotel was very old, very basic and very expensive for what you got. There was no safe, which was surprising. The location was about a 10 min walk from the old town. The staff were great although there was very little English spoken, if there was something going on in the town, theyd point it put on a map for us. Pool looked nice, sadly didnt get to try it.

I hated it and didn’t stay there even one night they tried 3 different rooms none of the air conditioners worked. They told me I was to get a full refund nothing yet
Air conditioning didn’t work
Ideal location in central phuket, close to all services & restaurants. Staff very nice & there's a pool.
However, the property needs a BIG refresh.
And the internet is VERY bad. I had to use my hotspot to send a few emails.
So, if you just stay a couple of nights and you don't need internet, that's fine. More than that, i am sure there are plenty of other better options.
