What a lovely hotel staff friendly lovely clean and gorgeous food

Location was great. Plenty of free parking. Room had wardrobe & plenty of drawers. Was clean. Has evening meals & breakfast. The food was great. Lovely bar area. The staff were helpful & friendly
Can hear humming noise in room 18 when kitchen below in operation. Starts at 7am. Shower is a little tight for larger people

Good location for one night. Comfortable bar with plenty of parking space. We had a good breakfast freshly prepared for us.
The room was a lodge which I did not realize when I booked because I prefer to stay in a hotel bedroom. It was quite noisy late on in the night.

Our stay did not offer value for money.
The ensuite was so small you struggled to get in and out. The room smelt of cheesey feet and BO.
The bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. the chair was threadbare and the window locks were broken. Also the curtains were not substantial enough to keep out light once the sun came up. Overall a very unhappy experience abd would not recommend.

The fact I thought I booked to stay in a hotel but when I got there it was outside the hotel looked more like a dormitory.think this needs to be stated as if I had known I wouldn't have stayed

Lovely welcome, the staff were great! Everything ready and waiting, clean modern room and a great bar and food all available on site. Plenty of parking too!
Welcoming, clean & comfortable
I liked the fact that we were in the outside bit because it was convenient as my husband has.mobility issues and he is a smoker and it meant he didn't need to struggle when he wanted a smoke he could just go out the door and there was a seat at the door he could sit on to smoke. Also really nice breakfast and good friendly staff.
I would have liked a couple of chairs in the room .

Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable enough. Our room was out of the hotel, more like a motel room, which was ok. It isn't the Ritz but it serves a purpose. Ok stopping off Hotel on the way to the Hebrides
Beds was a bit soft
