Pros:

The manager and staff were able to be of assistance throughout our visit. Providing extra comfort, such as additional pillows and blankets, is a priority for us.

L’emplacement au cœur de Little India est convenable.

Cons:

Hôtel miteux, sale et insalubre non conforme aux photos présentées sur booking. Les chambres sont toutes petites, pas de fenêtre, une odeur de moisi associée à des insecticides nous a pris à la gorge dès l‘entrée, la salle de bain est ridiculement petite et mal aménagée avec une douche accrochée au mur derrière la porte sans rideau. Le sol est un espèce de lino irrégulier et désuni avec des moisissures. Choqués et inquiets de devoir trouver un autre logement en urgence nous n’avons pas eu le réflexe de prendre des photos, ce qui nous aurait permis de faire une réclamation pour un remboursement. Les photos ne permettent cependant pas de transmettre les odeurs. L‘attitude de booking a été déplorable, se dédouanant de transmettre notre réclamation faute de photos et continuant à présenter cette établissement sur leur site. Impossible d‘y passer une nuit!

It was a comfortable stay there, but if the room would lil bit bigger to walk freely then it would be great!

I loved the simple interior of the hotel, my family and I arrived a little early, about 4 hours before the check in time but the staff were very nice in handing us the keys nevertheless and gave us pointers on where we should go in Singapore, ensuring us a good rest before we explored the rest of Singapore 😊

Good location. Ok price for singapore. Safe to go around anytime. Front office manager Jasmine & her staff was friendly n nice. Walkable to most locations in the city center (under 25min). Room cleaniess was good as well.
