good choice for breakfast and perfect location for me and comfy bed
Food staff and cleanliness of bar area
Room although very comfortable needed a deep clean to remove old stains
Location good. Staff very welcoming instantly put me at ease as staying on my own. Excellent breakfast. Room clean.
It was February no heating in room I was cold throughout my stay. Bar area very noisy in evening. But mainly being cold.
Location to Family and friends in Eaton Ford. Nice Welcome. Helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation was good. Lovely breakfast in the morning before heading home. Thank You.
Maybe could do with small fridge in the room. Does not spoil the overall stay. That's it.
It was convenient for what we wanted.
I thought that the breakfasts were not sufficient choice.
Nice place, good staff, reasonable size rooms 😊
Only one thing, we had pie and it was meat filling was abit grisley.
There is a restaurant/bar which is good. Nothing further stands out. Just a hotel which will serve its purpose.
Its fine
Everything
Brilliant place to stay
Food excellent- staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - a true credit to whoever owns the business
Good.. very clean, breakfast was top class.
Bad..... Bar and restaurant prices
Ugly..... lighting in bathroom is appalling. no light to Shave or for women to apply make up. had to use our own mirror to reflect light. also small sink with large tap, difficult to sluce face.
Friendly
It was a disabled room
It was quiet, relaxing and provided excellent breakfast. The bed was firm and supportive which is critical to any comfortable night sleep.
The outer window (which looked to be original to the building to be fair) didn’t close properly which allowed cold air inside between the outer & inner window.
The blackout curtains also completely covered the radiator which slowed the room warm up when we turned the heating on. Maybe get shorter curtains to expose the radiator and only cover the windows?
Very comfortable bed, clean room.
Tea & coffee are available along with bottled water.
Staff very helpfull.
The hotel has a bar and offers a full menu with parking available.
Comfortable bed, dog friendly, all ground floor, helpful manager, good response to diet restrictions, large wetroom.
Accessible car parking next to rooms.
The room was cold when we arrived.
Drawing curtains for privacy from the main road completely covers the radiator.
We requested two chairs, only one was provided.
Ensuite wet room needs a deep clean. Tiny basin.
Breakfast was almost cold and poorly presented with leathery scrambled egg.
Car park lighting needs to be improved.
