Pros:

Very clean and new, everything felt great and more than a 3 star facility. Room is small and just enough for 2 but it didn't feel cramped. The plus factor was that the bathroom is super clean, water pressure from the shower is strong, wifi is fast, AC is cold, and room amenities were complete. Lots of things to do around the Joo Chiat / Katong area and you'll never go hungry or thirsty. Lots of places to see and great for long walks. Perfect for budget travelers looking for a short stay or transit hotel (just 15 mins via Grab/taxi from the airport).

Cons:

Room has no windows, so probably not great for a long term stay.

Well suited place. Great place to unwind and relax.
Pros:

The room was clean and met above expectations. The Staff were so helpful in solving the room tv sound problem. I would like to say a very big Thank you to JEDD and JASON for helping me. They were so kind and friendly. and another home staff person who came in first to check Thank you to him too. Location is great as it is near to food places and conveneint. A very good value for money as well. Will definitely come here again. I had a cosy stay.

Not bad for a quick visit to Singapore
Pros:

The staff were very nice. They gave me helpful suggestions for my visit.

Cons:

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything in the hallway. I also put a do not disturb sign on the door because it didn’t need to be cleaned, but they went in the room anyways. I mentioned it to the front desk.

clean and ok size.

Cons:

shower drainage was blocked, in the morning i asked the staff to send someone during the day. in the evening i noticed it was still same blocked. i removed to tile to clean it myself. a hairball the size of a tennisball came out clearing the drainage.

A little gem. Sakura hits all the notes for a comfortable, affordable short stay experience.
Pros:

The location was perfect for anyone wanting to stay a few days, up to a week perhaps. We only stayed overnight due to a 17 hour layover, so we really did not have an opportunity to explore. Having said that, the Sakura Hotel is situated right in the middle of a vibrant restaurant, bar and cafe precinct. You really would be hard to please if you could not find many places to relax and unwind, enjoy a morning coffee, or knock back a few beers at one of the many bars or pubs. Many Vietnamese restaurants are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel - in fact everything is just a few minutes' walk form the Hotel..

Cons:

The room was on the small side, but for the price, and just one night, it really wasn't an issue at all. I am sure there are larger rooms to cater for families.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage.
Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmögligkeiten, Galerien alles in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, mann konnte den Koffer nicht richtig öffnen.
Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend.

Bon hôtel.
Pros:

Petite chambre propre avec douche et toilette séparés. Par contre pas de fenêtre mais la climatisation fonctionnait bien.
Pas eu le temps de visiter le quartier mais il y avait des boutiques à côté.
Personnel était sympa.

Cons:

Pour une nuit, la chambre faisait le job.
