Pros:

I don't usually expect much from a non five star hotel—just a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The room met those expectations, but the service exceeded them by a mile.

I've traveled to many countries over the years, and my wife is a travel vlogger, so we've experienced all kinds of accommodations—from budget stays to luxury hotels. What truly makes a stay memorable isn't always the room; it's the people. And the team here set a standard for what hospitality should be.

A special thank you to Calvin, the manager, as well as Jed and Tes. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. They didn't just do their jobs—they made our stay feel personal.

The location is another big advantage. It's an excellent base perfect for exploring Singapore's incredible gastronomic experience with plenty of great local eateries and food spots within easy reach. It made exploring Singapore's food scene incredibly convenient.

If the hotel continues to have people like them representing it, they'll keep earning loyal guests. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Nicely decorated and in good area with helpful staff
Pros:

Great staff and newly renovated exceptional clean hotel. Bed was comfortable. Filtered water was a nice touch. Little Vietnam restaurants all close by and beautiful buildings in this area.

Cons:

Only two thick hard pillows. Would be nice to have couple of flatter soft pillows. Otherwise a comfortable room with enough room for both our bags on floor.

Pros:

Very simple, clean and easy to access. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms smelt like cigarette. To small and contained with shouwer and toilet over lapting eachother. Windows dont open. No fresh air ventalation.

Very friendly staff; 15 min away from the airport; clean room. lots of restaurants around.

Cons:

Room smaller than in the photos. AC did not work properly and it was very hot and humid in the room.our room was close to the elevator and guests were making noise at 3am.
