Nice short break
Pros:

Staff are friendly, hotel is spotless and smells good when you go through the door. Room has everything you need for a short stay. Location is convenient with plenty of cafes and access to public transport.

Cons:

The walls are super thin, so if your neighbours aren't considerate, you can easily get woken up. Plug sockets not close to the bed. The room is on the small side. We didnt have any hot water for 3 days.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. It was easily accessible to public transport, the airport and food places. I would highly recommend staying in. The cherry blossom decor added to it.

Clean and comfortable stay in a great location

Great location, very clean property and clean room.

Cons:

The room was meant to come with a desk and a chair as pictured which we booked specifically because we would be working remotely. When we arrived there was no chair in the room. We requested one and a tiny plastic stool was given to us, we then asked for the chair that was in the picture to be given to us which it eventually was. From a working perspective, I don't think this room is suitable, it's incredibly tiny, there's almost no natural light despite the room coming with a window, and the desk and chair are hardly suitable. The staff were somewhat helpful (the manager in particular) but some of the other staff were really quite unfriendly and unhelpful. The corridors can be quite noisy too. For the price we paid, I think some elements could be improved.
