Location to wimbledon and a/c
Blocked bath waste, no cold water basin tap, no logically positioned electric sockets for boiling kettle or hairdryer, carpet unfixed to ensuite bathroom, wardrobe door couldnt open or close properly as curtains in the way, tv no hd as signal poor, windows falling apart on the outside, tiny fridge, no parking outside.

We arrived at 11pm having sent a quick message to the front desk earlier in the day to let them know of our late arrival. Prompt entry and the lady on the front desk was very helpful. We had room 301 on the third floor. I assume it was an accessible room as we had a huge wet room. Room was large and very modern, even had a terrace! Large TV, air con! Extra pillows, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, iron, mini fridge, toiletries.
We stayed on a Monday night so the bar below was not open but we did not hear a peep from anyone all night. Comfortable enough bed and black out curtains so we good a good night's sleep.
Location is amazing for Surbiton station, 1 minute walk! We were at Wimbledon for the day so one stop and a short train ride away.
Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Wetherspoons next door for cheap breakfast!
I would recommend and stay again if in the area.

My bathroom sink did not drain away and the bath didn't empty either. No one around to ask .

Very good facilities in the room including coffee machine, tea and voffee, toiletries and iron and hairdryer. Spacious too. Just a little dark in the bathroom.
Very conveniently located in Surbiton. Short walk to the river. Very close to the train Station with a great bar attached
They don’t do breakfast and the parking was limited so I had to park on the road which meant I had to be gone by 08:00 the next morning

I had my wedding at Glenmore House and staying at this hotel was important given the 5 minute walk to the venue. Your staff were so incredibly helpful and gave me a tour of the hotel in advance. Syria was also so helpful on the phone the day before. The rooms with balconies are just fabulous and we also loved the nightclub.
