Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist schon ziemlich weit ab vom Schuss und mit ÖPNV nur mäßig zu erreichen.
Die Rezeption ist nur auf Anforderung besetzt, das Frühstück wurde abgesagt.
Der Nachtclub direkt neben an ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster so klar zu hören als würde man sein Ohr auf die Musikbox legen.

Sauberes Zimmer und gute Lage, aber nachts wegen der Diskothek sehr laut
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer die Möglichkeit, Kaffee, Tee oder heiße Schokolade zuzubereiten. Das Bad wirkte sehr modern und der Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da es nahe an der Zugstation liegt.

Cons:

Leider befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel eine Diskothek mit Cocktailbar. Dadurch war es nachts sehr laut und es war fast unmöglich zu schlafen. An zwei Nächten konnten wir deshalb kaum schlafen. Am Sonntag und Montag, als die Diskothek geschlossen war, konnten wir dagegen sehr gut schlafen.

The club was so loud, I could not sleep for a big part of the night. Luckily we only stayed there for one night.

Loud 2010s music blaring out until 1am
Pros:

Very close to station

Cons:

Main issue: hotel is attached to cocktail bar which blasts out very loud music until 1am. Very poor soundproofing so it's like being in the toilet of a club. Only stay here if you plan on coming back to your room after 1am.

On arrival front door locked, no one on front desk to buzz us in for 10 mins, very confusing.

Both blinds in bedroom broken shut so very little light in room.

Convenient for getting into Central London

Well run, no fuss hotel with good rooms. Ideally located near Surbiton train station which has fast trains into Waterloo. Plenty of nice places to eat in Surbiton.
