Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel , fabulous place across the street . Staff really good …. Only downside for me is no parking ..
Clean room and staff was friendly
The club was so loud, I could not sleep for a big part of the night. Luckily we only stayed there for one night.

Very close to station
Main issue: hotel is attached to cocktail bar which blasts out very loud music until 1am. Very poor soundproofing so it's like being in the toilet of a club. Only stay here if you plan on coming back to your room after 1am.
On arrival front door locked, no one on front desk to buzz us in for 10 mins, very confusing.
Both blinds in bedroom broken shut so very little light in room.
Well run, no fuss hotel with good rooms. Ideally located near Surbiton train station which has fast trains into Waterloo. Plenty of nice places to eat in Surbiton.

I can’t really say much but the location was Perfect
We were quite disappointed with our stay. We paid extra for a balcony, however there was no outside light, which made it impractical to use at night. The toilet lock was broken, and there was also a ceiling light hanging loose that we had to fix ourselves. For the price paid, we expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.
