Well run, no fuss hotel with good rooms. Ideally located near Surbiton train station which has fast trains into Waterloo. Plenty of nice places to eat in Surbiton.

I can’t really say much but the location was Perfect
We were quite disappointed with our stay. We paid extra for a balcony, however there was no outside light, which made it impractical to use at night. The toilet lock was broken, and there was also a ceiling light hanging loose that we had to fix ourselves. For the price paid, we expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is so close to the train station and good cafes and pubs.
Our first impression of the staff was not good. They didn't allow us to check in one hour in advance after our long trip. They requested a 20 pounds, but theough booking website, they claimed that our request to early checkin was accepted. We ended up waiting for an hour to the regular checkin time.
Modern stylish hotel ,spacious bedroom and spacious Morden bathroom, air condition room, 5 minute walk to the station with 20 minute ride to central London Waterloo station . The staff are first class and parking for £7 pound a night all for under £100 a night
