Great stay and location Ledbury
Pros:

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and very dog friendly. Great value for money and will be back.

Cons:

Room was a little tired especially the shower.

Hoped for better.
Pros:

The accommodation, restaurant and pub staff were very helpful.
Decent beer in the bar too.

Cons:

The TV had no live TV or access to streaming. The channel labelled "TV" accessed only the shopping channels. Fortunately I'd taken a Tablet for reading and was able to stream on that.
The toilet seat was v wobbly.
In fairness, I didn't make a fuss about these issues during the stay because we were out and about most of the time.

Appalling, avoid at all costs.
Pros:

They provided fans in the rooms. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Emma in particular was lovely.

Cons:

A member of staff (Simon) was incredibly rude and was not at all welcoming. He made a number of inappropriate comments (including swearing) and was both rude and aggressive.

Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful also.

Cons:

We had an Accessible Bathroom, and it was very tired looking bathroom. The switches on the shower was difficult to use, and thought it wasn’t working.
