Pros:

The breakfast is amazing!

Cons:

They did not refill the pancake. It was done by 9am so make sure you try it early. A must. The noise too on the street and the other guest can be heard.

OK - but staff issue
Pros:

Hotel was a £10 taxi from QS station - easy to find around the West End. It was clean and the room was decent for the price I paid.

The check in was fine and helpful, as were the housemaids.

Cons:

The reason I wont return is the appalling front of house staffer ( heavy set and bearded) who was dealing with the guests at check out. When he finally turned up he was uninterested in helping, moaned when I asked for a VAT receipt, had an absolutely awful attitude- easily the worst I have encountered in over 20 years, and if I hadn't been in a public environment we'd have had a more detailed and frank discussion about his rudeness. Unacceptable.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the crepes. The tartan decorated rooms were beautiful.

L’emplacement était bien car nous allions voir un concert

Cons:

Les serviettes de bains n’étaient pas propre une tachée une avec des cheveux et l’autre jaune heureusement la réceptionniste nous les a rapidement changées. Il y a de la poussière dans les coins de moquette.
Le lendemain matin au c/out le réceptionniste etait sur son téléphone écouteur dans l’oreille ! Du jamais vu au niveau de la considération client c’est 0
