Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per 3 notti, di passaggio a Singapore. L'albergo non presenta nulla di speciale, di fatto è più un dormitorio che un albergo, ma è perfetto per esplorare la città. Si trova a pochi passi dalla metropolitana ed i quartieri più interessanti della città si possono raggiungere anche a piedi. Lo staff è disponibile e professionale.

Cons:

La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, non è particolarmente ricca nè buona. Avrei voluto più frutta.

Had a great time.

The service, Tricia from the front desk was very helpful and even let us use the shower before our flight even after we had already checked out several hours before.

Супер расположение и высокая лояльность сотрудников
Pros:

Очень понравилось бесплатное раннее заселение, также разрешили выселиться на 2 часа позже. Ну и конечно же, супер расположение в одной минуте от метро. Напротив фуд-корт, где можно очень бюджетно поесть.

Очень маленькие номера. На двоих с двумя чемоданами очень тесно)

Hermoso Hotel - Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La habitación es pequeña hay q saber administrar el espacio, tiene lo esencial para la estadía. Hay Caja de Seguridad dentro de un cajón de la habitación. Todo muy funcional. Excelente la limpieza. El personal siempre muy predispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Would not stay again because no sound proofing
Pros:

They offered me to take a shower on the departure day after check out , 3 hours after leaving my bags with them to go walk around and it was very nice . The bed was comfortable and the room was clean .

Cons:

You hear everything in the hallways and in the pool area , literally every word . No sound proofing . I left my pillow there in a yellow pillowcase and they did not reach out to me to let me know .

Overall superb, mostly for staff facilities and location
Pros:

Everything apart from below

Cons:

The breakfast was not worth having. The juice was barely colour sugar water, the coffee so weak that you could see the floor of the cub, the jam had never seen any fruit , the butter was rancid. The milk was warm for the cornflakes. The Asia style breakfast was joyless and bland. It would have been so easy to make this great. Nobody expects much for the price. Just offer the basic, but do them well IMO
