Modern clean hotel 81
Pros:

Location close to bus stop and attractions within a short journey
Good shower and air conditioning
One of the better hotel 81s

Cons:

TV sound set very low unable to hear it
Room door seal not tight so sounds from the corridor

It is reasonably cheap among the period as compared with other hotels.

Cons:

The shower hose leaks, the bidet hose leaks. The water flow for the drinkable water tap is too small. Would easily take a minute to just fill up the hotel guest cup which is already very small. Couldn't switch off the tv when going to sleep. Somehow it only switched off in the middle of the night after we managed to sleep. The light from the TV broadcasting the guest message was pretty bright and couldn't be switched off despite pressing the tv off button on remote. Seems to be controlled internally.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location is near an MRT, 10-15 walk, air con, shower was powerful.

Cons:

Room had little flies in the bathroom, cleaners cleaning a room at 10pm as well as hoovering. Sheets and covers had stains on them. Taxi driver informed us about the houses near with the pink lights. People banging doors late. This was just our experience.
