Pros:

The front desk staff was good, friendly, helpful, caring and awesome.the stay there was good as everything when on smoothly as expected

Notre chambre à notre arrivée à 21 h nous était pas faites nous avons du attendre 1 h..après le ménage nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans le lit et au sol...dégoûtant !!! Le quartier aussi est a bannir prostituée....à bannir cet hotel!!!!

Overbooking
Pros:

Nice hotel for a transit night.

Cons:

The hotel overbooked so they had yo move us into another hotel (not far, around 300m). When we arrived to the new hotel, they were nit informed of our arrival which then took more time again to confirm and find us a room

The price is not worth the experience.

The place is too far from the MRT station. the staff are not friendly. There are rooms which have no proper AC. and many repairs.

İkinci dəfədir ki, Sinqapurda bu hoteldə qalıram. İkinci dəfə seçimim boşuna deyil. Çünki hər dəfə çox mehriban və səmimi qarşılandım, əlavə olaraq erkən qeydiyyata aldılar. Hər kəsə bu hoteli tövsiyə edirəm. Azərbaycanlılar tam arxayınlıqla bu hoteli seçsinlər.
