Cons:

As we have conversion to returned 1 day payment because we have only stay there for 6 days and you have deducted 7 day amount. Still waiting for amount to refund.

When I reached to the hotel at the first place staff was not welcoming the guest and they were arguing with some other guests , which was so bad upon entering to the hotel , and then when I got in the room aircon was not working at all , and then when I call to the reception they told me to wait n half n hour no one came in the room , in the end I went down and complained about the aircon , very funny thing the staff said to me that our all the aircon is like this , we only can give u the fan , omg I paid for aircon n comfort stay no for the room with the fan , I m really disappointed with this property 😡

A big thank you to Angel for her exceptional service during my stay. The thoughtful surprises she prepared in my room were such a lovely touch and made my experience extra special.

I also truly appreciate her help in waiving my booking fee. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Excellent service like this deserves recognition!

If you’re wanting a place to sleep and you get paid minimum wage this is the one.
Pros:

Ease of check in. 24/7 operated. Good aircon.

Cons:

While very cheap, it’s in Singapore’s “red-light district” If you’re wanting a Singapore experience as a tourist- don’t stay here. It’s not very clean, or well maintained. But it is somewhere to sleep.
