Excellent stay, will be coming back!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional and extremely patient, more than willing to help accommodate myself and my family with checkin. Jade at the front desk was able to give my elderly mother a room on the first floor, which we are forever grateful for. Breakfast the next morning was pleasant and the overall atmosphere was cozy and warm, highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Glenn Allen area!

Pros:

Great location near I-95, everything nearby you would ever need. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great hot breakfast. Very clean hotel. Check-in easy, Jade very helpful, friendly and polite.

Incidental policy unfair
Pros:

We called this hotel before we booked it to make sure extra money would not be held from our debit card. The man said we could leave $100 at the desk and get it back a checkout. I booked the room but when we arrived Saturday night the girl at the front desk was very rude and try to insist on holding $100 ofc our debit card which we could not afford to have tied up for 3-5 business days. This girl was very rude. We also saw her leave the front desk to vape outside.The lobby and the 2nd floor hallway had strong marijuana smell. We were just not treated good here.

Outstanding Visit!!
Pros:

Very nice accommodations and friendly prompt service. Room was very nicely furnished and well maintained. Wide variety of breakfast selections as well. Would definitely come back to this Best Western location!

Pros:

The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am in the morning waking up the entire hotel. I wanted some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and got simply weak excuses upon check out at the front desk. Unacceptable!

Okay stay
Pros:

The stay was ok except for the front desk assigning my room to another guest and they just walked in since their key worked.
Also had a visit from the front desk when I was in the shower and because I couldn’t answer the door they proceeded to swipe their key and try and enter my room. Thankfully I had the deadbolt on.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 25 minutes. i evacuated the room, for the manager to say it happens frequently. wish i had known, i would have stayed somewhere else. would not recommend to anyone who wants a full night sleep.
