The staff especially Syed (Front desk attendant) and Amir (house keeping) were very friendly and so helpful.
Rooms are a bit small. There is no restaurant within the hotel.
Very clean room. Great area to stay. Unfortunately not to that close to MRT- but otherwise a really nice area. We arrived early in the morning at 7am and were going to drop our bags off- the staff said we could have the room early at 7am for an extra cost which was amazing after a very long flight with young children.
There are no windows in many of the rooms- also not close to the MRT.
I like the hotel location because it's very near and convenient to reach the mrt, and the staff also very nice, they're doing very excellent job. Thank you to Syed, Khairul and Alvin trying to make me and my friend comfortable for the time we were there. And also! The hotel very clean for it prices! Love it so much!✨

Amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the facilities were well-maintained. Every detail made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back!
Not having breakfast options.
Accrual très bon, lit confortable, sdb et chambre très bien équipée. Chambre très calme, et pour cause, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre.
Rien à vrai dire, juste que de ne pas avoir de fenêtre donne l’impression d’être dans une cave. Pas facile de se resynchroniser après un gros décalage horaire.
