Hotel to close to the airport so was a good choice for a long layover.
Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
Rooms was clean and comfortable and had good hot water in the shower.

Syed was exceptionally helpful throughout our group's four-day, three-night stay at Venue Hotel The Lily. He consistently maintained a warm smile, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to assist, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
What impressed me most was his initiative and attentiveness. There was an issue that I was completely unaware of and that could have resulted in a significant financial loss. I had accidentally made duplicate bookings through two different hotel reservation apps and had forgotten about it. Syed proactively identified the problem and informed me before it became costly, saving me from a substantial financial loss.
In addition, when I attempted to offer a token of appreciation for his assistance, he politely declined. His professionalism, integrity, and servant-hearted attitude reflected a very healthy work ethic and outstanding character.
I highly recommend Syed as an excellent employee. He is a valuable asset to any organization and represents the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Good service good environment
The cleanliness was good.
I first got the room on the second floor, 209. The card could not open the door due to the low battery of the door, so I had to go back and forth informing the staff for 3 times.
I then got changed to another room, 113. Opened the room, then found luggage and stuff of another person inside the room. Why was I given a room that someone occupied?
However, the room I got, 114, was nice, except that the toilet spray tube was broken and the aircon was very cold even though I had turned it off already. The noise of other guests at night was very loud.
The hotel is very new & well maintained. Glenda & the front counter staffs are all very helpful & courteous whenever I approach them. Good price for a good stay anytime.
Location
The hose used for washing after using the toilet was broken and leaked water as soon as it was turned on. The shower hose was also broken and leaked water when used.
In addition, there was no window in the room, and the air quality felt very poor and uncomfortable.
The toilet was also poorly positioned. When sitting on it, one leg was pressed against the wall, making it very difficult and uncomfortable to sit properly.
Overall, these issues made the stay quite uncomfortable and should be addressed.
