Pros:

The staff was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room didn’t have any windows, which is not great and a bit claustrophobic. It was advertised but it was not that clear at time of booking.

Overall a fantastic stay!
Pros:

Had a fantastic staycation with family for a short event. The room is clean and spacious.

The receptionist is very mindful, professional and ready to assist – a big shoutout to Syed Iwan for arranging our family rooms with informative advice about hotel-nearby essentials throughout the booking process.

The TV has a QR code able to connect to YouTube. The aircon and wifi are strong. Has a mini fridge. Basic amenities are sufficiently provided. Filtered tap water installed.

Cons:

Room service was prompt; however, the floor was left wet after mopping (suggest another round of dry mopping) – suggest more safety awareness for the elderly and young children. The only mode of transport for our trip is Grab. There is only a single bus service – No. 33 – with few stops towards Dakota MRT.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s filtered water in the room which was a bonus.

Au vu des prix pratiqués à Singapour, j’imagine que le rapport qualité / prix ne doit pas être mal, mais n’ayant rien testé d’autre je n’ai pas de comparatif.

Cons:

La climatisation n’est pas réglable de manière individuelle, j’ai eu froid tout le séjour : Nous avions 17,5 degrés dans la chambre et 35 degrés dehors.
La chambre suffit si on veut juste y dormir car elle ne faisait pas 12m2 comme indiqué, c’était très petit. Avec nos sacs nous avions plus de place pour circuler. Une odeur de cigarette très désagréable dans la ventilation, sachant qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre.. nous y avons fait 3 nuits et c’était un peu trop.

Cons:

抵達時，給的第一間房間有煙味，又換了一間房間，就沒有煙味，但房間的廁所沒有乾濕分開，會導致洗澡的時候，把整個廁所都用的全部都濕的，有點差

Great location, service and affordable

Great location and friendly service. Hisham was helpful at check-in and let me
have the room early. Wan was great and the room was tidy every day I came back. Train stations and malls are close by, so it is value for money.

Pros:

Location was pretty okay considering its price. It’s a 3-min walk to the bus stop. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Service was great. Staff were friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating with our requests. We will definitely stay here again. 10/10
