Pros:

The staff were great. Nilan made sure our stay was comfortable. Kim made us feel at home. Large windows in a quiet location with easy access to amenities. Value for money

Pros:

It is close to many places to eat. The evening staff were helpful and check in was so smooth especially Mr. Kim or Heng, if I remember his name correctly and the lady.

Cons:

The morning staff at this hotel always look unfriendly and unhelpful!

Pros:

Cama cómoda, personal amable, estaba bastante limpio y cerca de puestos de fruta y sitios de comida local. No es un hotel cutre del todo pero tampoco mucho mejor. El aíre y acondicionado funciona bien.

Cons:

Alejado del centro, aunque por el precio es comprensible, aquí todo es muy caro. Las paredes de papel, se oye todo. Se rompió la alarma de incendios la mañana de la noche que llegamos y estuvo sonando molestando muchísimo ese tiempo hasta que lo arreglaron. La ducha no tiene mampara ni nada, es un cuadrado de azulejos del baño y al ducharte se moja todo, el váter , lavabo...y lo que personalmente menos me gustó es el olor a cerrado y rancio. Como no se pueden abrir las ventanas y no hay sistema de ventilación centralizado, huele a mezcla de cerrado rancio, productos de limpieza y la humedad del baño con todo el suelo mojado. En otros hoteles más buenecitos sí tienen sistema de ventilación y extractor de humedad. La zona alejada del centro, a 10 min andando del metro más cercano pero a 5 de parada de bus.

Awesome Experience
Pros:

Tidy at a very lively location next to restaurants and fun places. The security is awesome and availbility of train, taxi, and bus transport close by. The workers and receptionists are all awesome, kind, and very responsive. I remember Zilah and Amirah, among others, but all were amazing people. Will definitely stay here anytime I am in Singapore.

Pros:

It's quite a walk from the subway station. If you have a flexible budget, I'd recommend looking for other hotels.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are very outdated and just barely functional. The shower water wasn't hot.

Surely one of Singapore's best budget choices!
Pros:

An excellent value choice, ten minutes walk to MRT Aljunied. Really happy I chose to stay here, in this local residential area (full of restaurants and great street food!) giving me an insight into 'genuine' and everyday Singapore. The staff are really friendly and nice (esp lovely receptionist Sherlie—who even gave me a nice keyring souvenir—and Danish), and the hotel is modern and very clean. My room was perfect for my needs: spotless, decent size, excellent wifi and aircon, good bathroom, comfortable bed, kettle, and very quiet. Ticked all my boxes. Once on the MRT, it only took a short ride to downtown's attractions.

Cons:

Overall little to complain about. Only small issue I had was the bathroom drain near my sink was a bit blocked causing water to linger round the sink area on the floor. In all fairness I never mentioned this to the staff as I was only staying for a few days.
