Great value in an amazing area in an amazing city.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Excellent staff. Jeff, Malik and Alph in particular were wonderful!

Cons:

Really hard to say that there’s anything to dislike. The location is a bit far from Central, but the neighborhood is excellent.

Exception service by Mr Alph and Mr Toh
Pros:

Hotel is located near a small bazaar where you can get food and other necessities and it's 10 minute walk to Paya Lebar station. 10/10 highly recommend place for both quality and budget stay.
Mr. Alph who is in the reception,is super friendly and helpful. And Toh has done a great job doing an incredible room service. They let us early check in within short period of time.Houskeeping is also excellent.Room is very clean and tidy.Mr Toh and Alph did a excellent job.They deserve a raise.Thank you hotel classic

All in all a good stay, as I'm going to stay again in the hotel.
Pros:

the hotel has everything needed for a short stay, it was clean and in a goods location, not so far from Paya Lebar Train station. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood is safe and lively, with some local food courts.

Cons:

Nothing to say, apart that as often happens in Singapore the room was quite small. Nothing to complain since we know what we were going to find.

No frills good value stay but expect no luxuries.
Pros:

Clean modern and friendly staff - Wee, Jeff, Carole and Toh whom I interacted with during my stay were great and really helped me with any questions / issues I had.

Cons:

Some rooms can be on the small size. Double rooms barely had any room to open suitcase.

First impression to held open a door by departure... amazing little gem
Pros:

Jeff was very professional at check in, very helpful & made us feel very welcomed. The room was excellent. Clean, comfy spacious. Drinking Water was highly appreciated. All you need to happily recover from travelling. Location is tops. Lovely walk nearby.

Singapore stay at Hotel Classic by Venue
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect, middle of all the places we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed walking around the area, which was peaceful and pleasant.
The hotel always smelled fresh, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided, plus the free green apples every day.
A special thank you to Mr. Wee, Mr. Alph, Mr. Toh, and Ms. Carole for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They assisted us with all our needs, navigation and all concerns we had during our stay.
Because of their excellent service, our family had a wonderful stay and a great experience in Singapore. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Okayish stay.
Pros:

The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the MRT and is easily accessible.

Cons:

We’ve had to change rooms since the sheets were dirty, no one is dusting under the beds and there were tissues under it in both rooms.
The safe’s battery has not been working so it didn’t lock.
