The bed was very comfortable. The shower had a lot of space. Good aircon. Filtered water in the bathroom was so good to fill up our water bottles. Basic facilities were good and good isolation (very quiet room). The location was also very good.
The reason why I give it this rating, is because we felt it was a bit too expensive for what you get. The room was also kinda small for people who travel with large luggages.
Hotel 81 Osaka was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are a little small, but that's typical for budget hotels in Singapore. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily.
A convenience store with a microwave is located next door, and the hotel provides filtered drinking water, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The bathroom was clean, although there is no separate shower area.
Tiong Bahru Market is only about 250 m away, offering plenty of affordable food options. The hotel is also within walking distance of public transport. As expected at this price point, there is no gym or swimming pool.
Overall, a great budget stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient access to food. Would stay here again.
Viaggio di famiglia, con 3 bambine. Hanno accolto la nostra richiesta di avere 2 stanze vicine. Staff molto attento e disponibile: abbiamo usufruito di check in anticipato e late check out gratuito. Camere pulite, e spaziose , rispetto alla media della città . Vicino alla metro e al bus per Sentosa.
Bagno un po' piccolo, e senza box doccia o tenda per la doccia, quindi resta acqua in bagno dopo la doccia. Al mattino, però , è tutto asciutto

Location was great - close to Tiong Bahru food centre, which is currently our favourite food centre. Quiet area of town but close enough to the MRT that you can get to other areas. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly.
Unless I missed finding them, there weren't any shared common areas to relax, e.g. pool, lounge, gym and the price was not much less than other accommodations with those features. The bathroom was open plan, which is usually fine but the water drained right across the floor from the shower to a drain in the opposite corner meaning the floor stayed wet for a long time.

Great location, 5-10 minute walk from the station. Great restaurants and cafes down the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room, bed was very comfortable for us, it was very firm which we like. Highly recommend this affordable comfortable stay.
Although the shower pressure was very good, the shower is right next to the toilet so it gets wet and the floor floods, and with the chosen tiles it was very slippery.
