Great hotel- location a little out of town- ideal for a stopover - staff super friendly

Everything in the hotel ok good only need to give more train to reception staff in a proper way .
Pros:

I with my sis like the room,it's better than before.

Cons:

I not really like some of the reception staff not well trained to entertain customer & they talk back to customer not in a proper way.

Pros:

Staff are very helpful. Specially the door man, reception and housekeeping staff are too good.

Cons:

Breakfast first two days was not a great experience. From the 3rd day started breakfast buffet and it was value for money. Staff need to be little trained and some English speaking staff need to be available to communicate with foreigners.

Not satisfactory
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Room is very small, not enough plug outlets, the pillows are too big & weighs a ton. The front desk receptionists are not friendly, they don't even smile or greet you or say welcome to hotel. I have traveled almost all over the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels, never have I been asked that they needed to take my picture, especially when they have mg passport.
