Me toco una habitación muy padre con balcón que daba a la av principal, y se veia de lejos el glorioso cristo de Chiapas. El servicio en la pscina muy bueno, la ensalada que pedí riquisíma, el chico que me atendió igual, muy atento y muy simpatico. En la habitación me gusto que tienen smart tv, tienen todas las plataformas para poderte conectar a tu cuenta como nexflix, disney, youtube, la cama muuuy comoda y muy limpio todo.

Cons:

Que no cuentan con caja fuerte en las habitaciones, para poder guardar objetos de valor. Y que las chapas de las puertas no dan tanta seguidad. Así mismo se tardaron mucho en realizarme la factura de mi estancia y eso que desde el dia de mi reserva se pago.

Disappointing at first, but got better.

Location was OK. Our 2nd room was much better and matched our expectations.

We were there for 3 nights and the room on the 1st night was awful - it had seen much better days and really needs an upgrade. Terrible lighting, no reading lights by bed. Bathroom ceiling acoustic panels cracked and stained. It just felt grungy. One single sheet on the bed and with the a/c on it was too cold to sleep. There was 1 wall control for the a/c with 1 setting, just on or off. To open sliding balcony door meant sleeping with hot muggy air. We complained and were moved to a much better room for 2nd and 3rd night that looked like the photos with better lighting and regular a/c unit. It appears that some of the rooms have been remodeled, but others have not. If you stay there, I'd ask to see room first when you check in. Disappointing breakfast so we ate at a nice breakfast place we stumbled upon a couple of blocks away. Hotel breakfast charges extra for a coffee refill and extra for real milk. We have discovered that coffemate is the standard in the area and real milk is hard to come by.
