I expected much better from a hotel rated 4+ stars.

Cons:

Booking.com said it had an airport shuttle, a necessary service for me and a reason I chose it. It did not. They would arrange for a cab, at higher than usual cost for the area. The room was very bare bones, completely devoid of any decoration. It felt like a communist block cell. No lighting except a ceiling fixture. No bedside lamp. Water was tepid at best. Credit card terminals were not working. There was no blanket on the bed. I had to ask for one at the desk. It did not fit the king size bed.

It was clean - enough.
