Чисто, завтраки достаточно однообразные, отзывчивый персонал, особенно помогала Мария. Красивая территория.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique à tous points de vue : l’établissement est superbe et parfaitement entretenu, avec plusieurs piscines, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. L’accès direct à la plage, avec des transats réservés aux clients de l’hôtel, est un vrai plus. Séjour parfait !

Bonus : nous avions choisi une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, un véritable rêve éveillé !

Besides the very hard beds, it is a beautiful property.
Pros:

The grounds are lush and green, with lots of coconut palms. It is located right in front of a really nice beach which is accessible via an underground tunnel. The lobby is open and airy and is decorated very nicely. The food is AMAZING! We pretty much ate at the hotel the whole time, and feel there was a good selection of food. The free breakfast had a wide-selection of Western, Asian and Russian foods - everything was delicious. The manager, Maria, is a sweetheart! She helped us settle in, as we did not speak the local language and English is not commonly spoken either - so we felt a bit out of sorts, but Maria gave us her phone number and told us to call or text anytime as she spoke fluent English - this really helped us to settle in and enjoy our vacation a bit more - thank you Maria!

Cons:

The beds are very hard, which we're not used to. I asked Maria (the manager) if we could be moved but she said the beds are all the same ha ha. I solved my issue by sleeping on top of two pillows, which then made it comfortable enough. In our first room, the shower was plugged so that when I took my shower, after less than a minute, the water started to flood the floor. So we were moved to a 2nd room which was fine.

Отель превзошел мои ожидания! Вежливый и очень чуткий персонал: несмотря на то, что мало кто говорит по-английски, менеджер с помощью переводчика все нам вежливо объяснил, в номер заселили ровно в 15:00. Номер отличный, просторный, все вплоть до утюга и халатов предоставляется, каждый день проводили очень тщательную уборку и доставляли вдоволь воды. Хороший песчаный пляж с вежливыми beachboys.
Отдельно хотелось бы сказать, что завтраки очень разнообразные с большим количеством тропических фруктов, свежевыжатых соков и прочей разнообразной еды. Плюс в отеле можно отдельно оплачивать шведский стол за ужином (не менее разнообразен по морекпродуктам, мясу, фруктам и прочему). В общем, однозначно один из самых лучших отелей, в которых довелось побывать)

Хорошая, зелёная территория. Много бассейнов. Есть с подогревом. Лежаков хватает, мы всегда находили, не зависимо от времени дня. Понравилась зональность, территория поделена на много зон, кому то удобно возле площадки игровой быть, кому то возле песочка. Поэтому не чувствовали многолюдности) очень вкусные завтраки. Номера большие. Да, подуставшие, но не критично. Удобный подземный переход на пляж, безопасностно. На английском разговаривают, но есть прекрасная девушка Мария, очень отзывчивая, всегда на связи, даже в свой личный выходной. Все вопросы решает быстро. Спасибо ей огромное ! Мне было спокойнее с ней, чувствуя поддержку. Отель предоставил раннее заселение , без доплат и позднее выселение. Это очень приятно было. Отель уверенно рекомендую знакомым

Cons:

Подусташая мебель, но повторю это не критично. Сервис все перекрывает. И вопрос к уборке номера.

Нам все очень понравилось. Расположение идеальное, автобусная остановка напротив, такси в любую сторону совсем недорого.
Pros:

Замечательный отель. Все для комфортного отдыха: просторные номера, халаты, тапки, пляжная обувь, зонт, коврики, абсолютно все гигиенические принадлежности, чистота , удобные матрасы и подушки, минибар. Уборка ежедневная со сменой полотенец и халатов.Бассейны классные, пляж чистый и оборудован лежаками и зонтами, сама территория отеля шикарная. Завтраки очень разнообразные и с большим ассортиментом,есть рестораны Аля карт, бар в лобби с живой музыкой. Бар на 17 этаже,очень приветливый персонал .Нам очень помогала старший администратор Мария.- ей отдельное спасибо.Через дорогу от отеля - огромный парк , который тянется вдоль моря практически до Додунхая. Нам очень все понравилось. Мы вернемся сюда обязательно.

Очень красивая, ухоженная территория. Нормальный завтрак. Есть достаточно глубокий бассеин. В номерах розетки адаптированы под европейские.

Cons:

Огромный отель, и только два лифта на крыло. Приходилось долго ждать. Номер был около лифта, там постоянный, круглосуточный шум двигающейся кабины лифта. На завтраке не хватало мест, приходилось ждать в очереди. Рядом с отелем нет нормальных кафе, ресторанов. У отеля на пляже свои шезлонги, но их так мало, штук 15 на огромнейший отель. В номере в шкафу нет полок. И главный минус- рядом с отелем находится военная база. Вертолеты над отелем летают в режиме нон-стоп с утра до вечера. Шум ужасный!!!

В этот приезд на Хайнань мы возвращались в ваш отель трижды). Нам в целом нравится отель, его расположение, удобства и услуги. Но были мы у вас ещё и благодаря работе Марии, которая работает на рецепции и встречает гостей. Мы уже не удаляем её контакт в WeChat, так как всегда можно узнать у неё всю интересующую информацию о наличии мест, услугах отеля или даже погоды. Предлагаем администрации отеля отметить её отличную работу и как-нибудь поощрить. Обязательно приедем к вам ещё не раз.

Relax in ottima struttura
Pros:

La posizione sulla spiaggia, i giardini con piscine e palme, tantissimi divertimenti e giochi per chi ha bambini, buona la colazione, ottimo check in e disponibilità della responsabile Maria che ci ha fatto sentire importanti e ha reso migliore il nostro soggiorno

Первый раз в жизни столкнулась с такой ситуацией в сетевом отеле, персонал на пляже продает лежаки гостям других отелей!!!! То есть, ты бронируешь отель с возможностью загорать на пляже на лежаках, но они заняты гостями других отелей!!!
Написала об этой ситуации менеджеру отеля, но он сказал, что это нормально, продавать лежаки за 100 юаней гостям других отелей, а гости Pullmana по его мнению будут заплатив не малые деньги лежать на траве!!!
Состояние пляжных полотенец вообще позор!!!
Сервис вообще нулевой!
