Amazing
Pros:

Got an incredible view. Very prompt replies from hotel staff. Loved the bubble pool party. Maria, one of the staff went above and beyond. She was very helpful. Would like to give her a 10/10 rating. Pullman really made it special for us. I hope to visit Pullman again! The room was very spacious. I enjoyed listening to the band.

Cons:

It might be nice to have even more food options for the buffet (while there are lots of options already, after near 1 week...).

Отдыхали в апреле 2026 - с 8-го по 16-ое. Наше пребывание в данном отеле превзошло все ожидания! Абсолютно все заслуживает максимальной оценки! И качество номеров, и качество их уборки, и качество работы персонала ! Территория и бассейны - супер! Питание и выбор блюд - десятка ! Ужины с живой музыкой и огненным шоу - потрясающе ! Пляж - лучший и самый протяженный на Хайнане! Видели мы много людей, которые специально приезжали к нам сюда из других локаций.
Но отдельно хотели бы отметить нашего русскоязычного персонального менеджера - МАРИЮ ! Эта чудесная девушка помогала нам 24/7 по всем вопросам нашего пребывания как в отеле, так и в Китае в общем. Все наши пожелания или дополнительные вопросы пребывания решались с ее стороны в удивительно короткие сроки, как по взмаху волшебной палочки ! Мария - лучшая, это факт ! С ее помощью мы уже забронировали номер на следующий наш приезд в декабре 2026. Однозначно сюда !

Cons:

Можно было бы добавить в меню шведского стола на завтрак несколько видов каш - овсяные и другие. При том, что в остальном - выбор блюд отличный!

Все понравилось очень, расположение, весь отель окружен зеленью, расположение и величина бассейнов. Номера отличные чистые.каждый день меняли халаты, тапочки и постели. Питание хорошее, особая благодарность Марии и Полине!Они помогали нам с первой минуты прибытия и до отправления нашей машины в аэропорт. Благодаря им нам было очень комфортно и помогали решить все наши вопросы и организовать увлекательный досуг🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Pros:

В целом все было отлично. Отдыхали с ребенком 7 лет, ему было очень интересно) только все обгорели, не смотря на то, что пользовались кремом. Солнце в конце марта оказалось коварным. Отдельно отмечу ужины: это очень вкусно..) также большое спасибо Марии за помощь и рекомендации)

Понравилось месторасположение, завтраки, пляж, отношение персонала. Особо хотелось бы отметить менеджера Марию. Невероятная находка для отеля. Мне кажется, что благодаря ее присутствию в этом отеле- желание возвращаться возникнет у многих туристов, потому что это невероятно удобно, что есть человек, к которому можно обратиться по разнообразными вопросам и тебе помогут достататочно оперативно , потому как языковой барьер, думаю, существует у большой части туристов этого отеля. В целом, понравилось все и, в т.ч. Благодаря персоналу этого отеля- туда хочется вернуться!

Hôtel magnifique à tous points de vue : l’établissement est superbe et parfaitement entretenu, avec plusieurs piscines, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. L’accès direct à la plage, avec des transats réservés aux clients de l’hôtel, est un vrai plus. Séjour parfait !

Bonus : nous avions choisi une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, un véritable rêve éveillé !
