Pros:

Удобное расположение: 200 м городской парк, 1,5 км до моря и 1,5 км до Агоры Смирны.
Номер небольшой, но чистый. Очень тепло.
Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Из вытяжки в туалете сильно тянуло табачным дымом, нам, как не курящим, это доставляло дискомфорт.

Pros:

Good inexpensive place to stay for a few days to few weeks. Not far from the metro and train station Hilal and close to the city culture park. A lot of small street cafes are nearby.

Cons:

It would be nice to have different hot dishes for breakfast. Internet connection was not always stable, especially during strong rain.

Bardzo miły personel, dogodne położenie, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Akustyka pomieszczeń- słyszeliśmy każde słowo sąsiadów zza ściany. Woda w prysznicu mogła być cieplejsza.

nice stay and I extended 1 day
Pros:

everything was just perfect, the staffs were helpful, the location was fairly close to Basmane or Hilal station, easy to access, room’s clean…

maybe menu for the breakfast can be upgraded, but it was enough for me 👍🏻

Проживали в отеле две недели, как дома!
Pros:

Путешествовала с двумя детьми в июне 2025. Отличный отель с большим лифтом, было удобно с детской коляской. Номер просторном балконом. В номере было всё необходимое, проводилась уборка и менялось постельное белье и полотенца. Кондиционер в номере чистый и хорошо работал. Пополняли запас питьевой воды в номере. В столовой хороший завтрак, а чай, кофе и питьевая вода вообще круглосуточно. Работники отеля очень вежливые, во всём помогали! Отель рядом с парком, где можно гулять с детьми. До моря примерно 30 минут пешком. Рекомендую этот отель!

Cons:

Временное неудобство - это строительство дома рядом. Иногда было немного шумно.

Hijyen açısından ciddi sorunlar var. Bunda binanın çok yaşlı olmasını etkisi var. Duvar boyaları dökülmüş, yerler lekeli. Ciddi bir restorasyon ihtiyacı var. Tuvalette havalandırma direkt dışarıya bakıyor bu nedenle oda sıcacıkken gece tuvalete, duşa girmek imkansız buzhane gibi oluyor.

A great hotel in Izmir
Pros:

I really loved the location of the hotel, close to Hilal station, which is a direct train link to the airport. At the same time, the hotel is like ~ 2km away from the harbor, and on the way to the harbor, one can go directly through the park Kültürpark İzmir.
