Bellissima location, ottimo cibo, ottimi servizi e posizione.
Particolare plus dedicato alla celiachia.
Sono super pronti e forniti per soddisfare tutte le esigenze GLUTEN FREE.
Addirittura lo chef ha preparato personalmente il pane gluten free ...... incredibile!
Altro grande plus è la spa-centro benessere.

Cons:

Per puro comfort personale, non amo il sacco al posto delle lenzuola nei letti
ma sono consapevole che sia una mia situazione soggettiva che non può ledere alla recensione dell'OTTIMA struttura.

Tutto perfetto camere pulite le ragazze della reception bravissime e anche la ragazza del mini club molto brava ! Tutto bello pulito e accogliente ci ritornerei volentieri 🥰

La camera spaziosa e calda, lo staff gentile e sorridente, il garage per l'auto

L'hotel NON ha l'accesso diretto alle piste.
In camere si sentivano i vicini. La zona welness troppo piccola per le dimensioni dell'hotel , in risultato era molto affollata.
Non ci è piaciuto il cibo nel ristorante (avevamo la mezza pensione), meglio andare a mangiare fuori.

Overall, I was mostly satisfied with our stay, however this hotel is definitely not a four-star hotel and does not meet the standards that such a rating should represent.

First of all, the internet / Wi-Fi connection was really bad. The signal was constantly dropping and it was impossible to watch anything or work online properly.

Another major disappointment was the half-board arrangement. For the price of over €500 for three nights, it was unacceptable that even water was not included with dinner and had to be paid for separately. Dinner was à la carte instead of a buffet, and the food quality was below average. Desserts were served in very small portions, and the overall dining experience felt poor. The waiters were clearly inexperienced, which affected the service.

The hotel advertises a wellness area, but the reality was disappointing. The water in the pool was lukewarm to cold, definitely not comfortable for relaxation. There were many children jumping into the pool, making it impossible to relax. There was also nowhere to sit in the pool, only space to stand at the edge.

Breakfast was just okay — standard buffet tables, nothing special, with a limited selection. Juice was served in plastic cups, which again does not match a four-star hotel standard.

The room amenities were very poor. There was no coffee machine and no tea facilities, so there was basically nothing available in the room to make yourself a hot drink.

Service overall was very weak — whether at the bar or in the restaurant, the staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. Even after we complained about the wine at dinner being clearly bad and tasting like it had been open for a long time, it was still charged to our room, which was extremely disappointing.

On top of that, towels and bathrobes were not included and had to be paid for separately.

In conclusion, this hotel is very below average.

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel con posizione sulla vallata di Trento, a due passi dagli impianti sciistici, colazione completa favolosa a buffet,. Spa meravigliosa con tisane, bagno turco, sauna, stanza del sale, doccia fredda, percorso docce nebulizzatore con cromoterapia e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio e lettini per riposare con una stupenda vetrata che si affaccia sulla vallata

Cons:

Punto a sfavore per la piscina, un eccessiva quantità di cloro ci ha provocato un pò di irritazione al naso e alla gola. Ci è passato il giorno dopo.
Spero lo risolvano, un peccato per la piscina così bella
