Tolle Aussicht mit kleinen Fehlern
Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig mit tollen Blicken über die Landschaft. Der Pool- und Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein aber schön.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkt teilweise uneingespielt und etwas lustlos. Man hatte den Eindruck dass es sich um ein Ausbildungshotel handelt, wo nicht geführt wird. Essen eher durchschnittlich mit Kantinencharakter.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, con una vista mozzafiato.
Cucina buona così come la pulizia. Perfetto servizio all inclusive

Per il numero di persone che la struttura può ospitare, Spa e piscina risultano molto molto piccole, con un la disponibilità totale di 14/15 lettini

Non ci torneremo mai più.

La stanza vista Dolomiti.

Direi :

Cucina terribile con una pasta al tonno come proposta per il pranzo, roba da universitari;
All inclusive falsato tra caffè a pagamento ed asciugamani a noleggio;
Chiarezza e veridicità dove, al check out è stato revisionato il prezzo dei trattamenti non applicando gli sconti proposti fino a mia attenzione prestata ed al check in è stato menzionato un orario totalmente sbagliato;
Oltre a questo da rivedere galanteria e comunicazione all’interno di una struttura che dovrebbe presentarsi come top in area ristorazione.

Suggerisco di rivedere il cibo, non all’altezza di hotel ITALIANI a 4 stelle con proposte di pasta scioccanti e scotte.
Tuttavia credo che dovrebbe essere rivisto anche l’area accoglienza e comunicazione, reception in particolare.

Esperienza disastrosa che porterà a scegliere altro in futuro.
L’unica nota positiva è stata l’area wellness ed in particolare un grazie a coloro che la gestiscono.

Suggerisco inoltre una percentuale ragionevole di ragazzi già esperti con altrettanti tirocinanti.

Não voltaria, e se tivesse comprado mais de uma diária teria deixado pra trás pra escolher um lugar melhor.

O hotel é bonito.

Cons:

Limpeza: decepcionante, poeira nas bancadas, nos abajour, dava pra sentir a sujeira no carpete do quarto, sem contar que não tem cheiro de limpeza nem no banheiro.
O lençol da cama, completamente amassado, zero cuidado na arrumação e cuidado com o quarto. Decepcionante para um hotel 4 estrelas.
A comida deixou a desejar em todas as refeições, jantar péssimo, com duas opções apenas, que eu não consegui comer nenhuma. Café da manhã fraco.
Percebi que o hotel tem potencial, mas hoje não oferece o que um 4 estrelas deveria oferecer, não oferece o mínimo.

Нам повезло, что мы отдали не так много за этот отель и была акция. В сезон он совершенно не стоит своих денег. Максимум

Вид на горы. Хорошее местоположение, если хотите отдыхать на лыжном курорте рядом или идти в поход в горы.

Cons:

Еда и ресторан при отеле ужасны. Как и недовольный персонал, который в грубой форме пытался нам доказать, что отдавать 18€ за детскую пасту – это норма. Еда для взрослых за 30€ с человека на ужин не менее ужасна. Деревянная брускетта с вялой рукколой заслуживает отдельного внимания. Завтраки – скудные, не самого хорошего качество. В номерах 2 бутылки бесплатной воды. До 4 звезд отель явно не дотягивает.

Nice setting, but disappointing service and not worth the price.
Pros:

The location is beautiful, and the property itself is very nice. Breakfast was also well stocked.

Cons:

Poor communication before arrival, an overheated room with no effective solution, and unhelpful staff response. The indoor pool was very small and overcrowded, and it was disappointing that bathrobes and towels were not included. Dinner quality was mediocre and overall service did not meet four-star standards.
