Das gastronomische Angebot gehörte leider zu den größten Enttäuschungen unseres Aufenthalts.

Wir haben dieses Hotel bewusst gebucht, um von dort aus Trentino und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Leider wurden wir vor unserer Anreise weder vom Hotel noch während des Buchungsprozesses darüber informiert, dass während unseres Aufenthalts eine große Motorsportveranstaltung stattfindet und die Zufahrtsstraßen für zwei Tage komplett gesperrt werden.

Dadurch konnten wir das Hotel mit unserem Auto nicht verlassen und geplante Ausflüge in die Region mussten vollständig entfallen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass diese Veranstaltung lange im Voraus bekannt war und wir weder auf der Hotelwebsite noch vor der Anreise einen entsprechenden Hinweis erhalten haben.

Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte das Hotel mit dem Hinweis, dass wir die Hoteleinrichtungen weiterhin nutzen konnten. Aus unserer Sicht verfehlt diese Argumentation jedoch den eigentlichen Punkt: Wir haben das Hotel nicht gebucht, um zwei Tage unfreiwillig auf dem Gelände zu verbringen, sondern um die Region zu erkunden. Hätten wir von den Straßensperrungen gewusst, hätten wir einen anderen Reisezeitraum oder eine andere Unterkunft gewählt.

Mehr Transparenz gegenüber den Gästen wäre hier dringend wünschenswert. Wer während einer solchen Veranstaltung anreist, sollte vor der Buchung oder spätestens vor der Anreise klar über die erheblichen Einschränkungen informiert werden.


Zusätzlich konnten uns leider auch das gastronomische Angebot und die technische Ausstattung nicht überzeugen. Im Hotel wird kein À-la-carte-Restaurant angeboten. Stattdessen besteht das Abendessen aus einem Buffet sowie einer Auswahl an Wahlgerichten. Gerade weil es keine alternative Speisekarte gibt, ist die Qualität der angebotenen Gerichte besonders wichtig.

Leider waren wir von der Qualität und Ausführung der Speisen enttäuscht. Die Gerichte wirkten wenig hochwertig zubereitet und entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Auch die Auswahl war insbesondere für Vegetarier sehr begrenzt und bot wenig Abwechslung.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce!

Różnorodność śniadań, ładne czyste i przestronne pokoje. Widok, udogodnienia, basen i sauna. Bardzo przyjemny hotel na szczycie Monte Bondone.

Cons:

Organizacja parkingu w garażu podziemnym - przydałoby się aby pracownicy trzymali nad tym pieczę, goście parkują tam jak chcą przez co często auto stoi np. na dwóch miejscach i problem jest przez to z miejscem parkingowym.

Assolutamente da provare.
Pros:

La struttura da la possibilità di godere di un panorama meraviglioso. Lo staff dalle addette alle camere, bene beauty farm, reception ( super operativa)è preparato e altamente riservato, educato e disponibile per risolvere eventuali problemi .
La cucina.. è uno dei lati forti e piacevoli della struttura con un servizio in sala professionale diretto dal maitre Giuseppe che fa sentire l'ospite a proprio agio e coccolato e un bar con vista sulle Dolomiti curato da bar tender "Top"
Insieme alla mia famiglia, ci siamo sentiti davvero bene e sicuramente faremo un gradito ritorno.

Cons:

Buffet bietet nur eine kleine Auswahl an eher semi gesunden Lebensmitteln. Pool und Wellnessbereich schließen frühzeitig + Handtücher/Bademantel/Schuhe sind nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich oder müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Hoteleingang ist nachts von außen nicht durch Schlüsselkarte gesperrt (Rezeption nachts nicht besetzt + Zugang von außen durch jedermann möglich). Hund 15 EUR/Nacht. Tiefgarage 5 EUR/Nacht. Kurtaxe pro Person 2,50 EUR/Nacht.
