Had a very pleasant 2-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ploenchit. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
My room on the 26th floor was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything neat and fresh.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and convenient, making it a great place to stay whether for a short trip or a longer visit.
I also really enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities. The gym is well equipped, and the sauna is a nice place to unwind after a workout.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok Ploenchit. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the BTS Skytrain, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. The facilities and service truly met my expectations for a relaxing stay.
I would especially like to appreciate Gale and Kerk from the service team. Their hospitality, friendliness, and willingness to help made my stay even more pleasant. They were very attentive, professional, and ensured everything was smooth during my visit. Their excellent service really stood out and reflects the high standards of the hotel.
