Amazing staff and great food

Tarn, Kung, Krista, Pun and Ning are amazing! We had a buffet brunch and they were so much joy. I would definitely come back and this is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok, Ploenchit and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a very comfortable stay. The front desk team truly stood out , professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.

A special mention to Manager Patrick, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and care for guests really made a difference. Also, Fern from the night shift team was extremely helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm attitude.

Overall, a great stay with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The staff were on another level. Extremely welcoming, professional, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

Cleanliness? Spot on. The hotel is very well-maintained and gives you that comfortable, stress-free vibe from the moment you walk in.

And the best part? The prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting. It’s rare to find this kind of quality at such good value.

Definitely one of my best stays — I’ll be coming back for sure.
