幾乎每年都會來曼谷渡假，以前都住這附近其它家飯店這次是朋友推薦首次入住這家飯店，櫃檯接待員服務很好很親切，早餐菜色與品質也不錯，是入住兩個好印象。

Cons:

地板因為有鋪設地毯，時間一久容易聚集塵蟎跟跳蚤，回國後才發現全身被咬引起皮膚過敏趕緊去醫院皮膚科看診，醫生確定是蟎蟲跟跳蚤咬傷致使，吃藥抹藥一個多禮拜還沒完全好，嚇到以後不敢再訂這家飯店

Too noisy, sound insulation of room from other rooms, corridor and the street was not good enough. WiFi was poor- Teams calls from the lobby are basically impossible, a bit better from the room, still poor being 2026

In general Good
Pros:

Breakfast was good but could be better. Good variety of Western and Asian foods however missing e.g dark rye/full wheat/ sour dough breads. French cheeses should be daily standard and not yellow cheeses. Juices are too sweet and not 100% fresh. The location is exzellent. Very close to all shopping malls. Close to the highway.

Cons:

Bar on Ground Floor did not have most regular drinks available like rose by the glass or Spritzer. Got too many times a no on what we wanted to drink especially for the women.

Always a pleasant stay
Pros:

staff if very good, location is very good

Cons:

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. The sprayers next to the toilet need to more user friendly, the spout on the sink are a nuisance. The room we were in the spout was very low and would pray water up and out of the sink.

First class service
Pros:

The location is perfect, the hotel staff are all first class! Special thanks to the Nelly the manager who went out of her way to welcome me throughout the stay. Yui and her team at breakfast are so friendly, efficient and kind with excellent service, highly recommend to stay at this hotel when there are so many choices even amongst the ‘better’ brand Marriotts!
