Pros:

La chambres à thème était vraiment bien. Dommage qu'elle donnait sur la route.

Cons:

La chambre donné coté route, l'isolation n'était pas assez forte et au petit matin nous avons été réveillé par le passage des camions.

trés bon hôtel, accueil de qualité, bien situé, bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

un grand merci à Raissa, la receptioniste. je suis PMR et elle a été extrêmement attentive et m'a aidée;
trés professionnelle, elle a rechercher les réponses aux questions que je lui posais pour organiser ma soirée;

Cons:

les oreillers etaient un peu trop épais pour ma nuque

Pros:

J'ai passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement. Voici ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié :
​Le confort : Une literie de grande qualité qui garantit une nuit vraiment reposante.
​L'efficacité : J'ai aimé la simplicité des lieux, alliant modernité et fonctionnalité sans artifice inutile.
​L'exigence : Une propreté irréprochable dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel.
​Le petit plus : On sent un véritable soin du détail dans la décoration et l'aménagement, ce qui rend l'atmosphère très agréable.
​Le service : Un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné qui fait toute la différence dès l'arrivée.

Cons:

Le confort thermique : Très décevant. Les fenêtres isolent mal du froid extérieur, créant un courant d'air constant. Impossible de dépasser les 19°C dans la chambre, ce qui rend le travail le matin particulièrement inconfortable.
​L'expérience salle de bain : Douche à l'eau à peine tiède (malgré une longue attente) et distributeur de savon vide au lavabo. Un manque de suivi technique regrettable.
​Le service du samedi matin : L'ambiance change radicalement au petit-déjeuner. Un "bonjour" sonore resté sans réponse de la part du personnel présent... Bienvenue en région parisienne, sans doute une manière locale de vous faire comprendre que vous n'êtes qu'un client parmi d'autres.

Très agréable !
Pros:

L’accueil remarquable du personnel, l’agencement bien conçu des chambres et la propreté. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner du matin ainsi que le repas du soir que nous avons pris à l’hôtel.
