SCAM - DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A RELAXING STAY - I WANT A FULL REFUND!
Pros:

Nothing - it was very underwhelming and not like the pictures at all.

Cons:

Everything - I booked this apartment for 8 nights, ended up only staying 3 and having to find some other place because the accommodation had bedbugs, water pressure was bad and water was cold(you had to turn on all taps in the accommodation to get some warmer water while the pressure was still not working). We had half board(breakfast & dinner) and the food was very poorly cooked and not a lot of variation at all, the cutlery was old and mismatched and dirty. The room itself had a smell, dirty, and the safe box was broken so we had to change rooms and in the new room there was bedbugs. We tried explaining with evidence and we lost sleep trying to move our stuff so it wouldn’t get contaminated (because if you bring bedbugs home its hard to get rid of them and expensive) so we took all the clothes and threw them in the bathtube (the bathroom was full of hair from other residents and the bathtub had paint cracked all over, peeling) then the next day we steamed everything for hours to try to get rid of any trace of bedbugs, went to a laundromat and also threw them in a dry cycle (out of our own pocket and time) while the accommodation denied any problems. So to summarise, we were disrespected by the receptionist lady as she was saying “you guys are young, whats a little bug gonna do to you?” What is that meant to mean? We are a young couple but I know from experience that bedbugs are not something to joke around because they multiply fast and destroy furniture, lay eggs, bite. Food was atrocious and we could not use half board even though we paid. Cleanliness was barely done to a very low standard that a 3 star hotel/apartment should be ashamed to have. Ended up leaving the accommodation and going to a different one while trying to obtain the money back for the remaining 5 nights. When i ended up getting refunded i got refunded for 4 nights, so again, a SCAM.

Great location, just needs better organisation
Pros:

Sunny Hills is sentimental to me and my husband as it’s the first place we stayed at when we went on a holiday together. We returned to Paphos to get married recently, and stayed at Sunny Hills for a few days afterward for old times’ sake.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking in that I had booked a one bedroom apartment and had requested the specific one we had stayed at before. Yet on arrival they had only a studio free. Luckily, a friend who had come out for the wedding and was staying there was happy to swap his one bed apartment for our studio so it worked out in the end. But it did put a lot of stress on what should have been a happy time, and they should offered my friend at least a partial refund for having to downgrade his room.
The lady at reception who was dealing with the difficulties was very very very anxious and nervous and kept flapping and talking and going around in circles – it would be nice to have someone take a little bit more control of the situation especially as disabled and we had four large suitcases!

It all worked out in the end, but not only did we not get the specific room we have requested (the one I had stayed at the first time we were there), but it ended up being quite stressful to get anywhere suitable at all.

On the bright side, they were friendly as always, and allowed me to use use their washing machine which was very much needed!

The price seems to have increased a lot of the last couple of years which is a shame. Depending on price in future I would be happy to stay there again as needed.

Although I did not get to swim in it personally, the pool looked far cleaner than it had a couple of years before, and it’s a shame I didn’t have time to use it!

Komfortowy pobyt za sensowne pieniądze
Pros:

Uważam swój pobyt za jak najbardziej udany. Apartamenty dobrze wyposażone, śniadania smaczne, można się sensownie posilić :) Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, jeśli trzeba to załatwią nawet wycieczki zorganizowane. Basen czysty.

Cons:

Nie ma się za bardzo do czego przyczepić. Sprzątanie jest raz w tygodniu i to od porannej godziny, więc jeśli chcemy jakiegoś konkretnego sprzątania to należy to zgłosić bezpośrednio. Lokalizacja na Booking może być jeszcze błędnie zaznaczona, więc najlepiej wpisać: Sunny Hill i wyskoczy w Google prawidłowe miejsce (bliżej drogi i przystanków).

Good but damp.
Pros:

Helpful and kind staff. Good location and nice view from the terrace. Breakfast was OK. Good price.

Cons:

Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom smelled like Mold and Mildew. Black Mold in bathroom. Wouldn't stay in room 101 again.

Angenehmes Hotel, gute Aussicht, 10 Punkte
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nett,mit sauberem Pool, offen gesagt, verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Die Zimmer sind zwar keine 5 Sterne, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das weiß man ja. Aber: sauber,die Betten sind bequem, Safe im Zimmer kostenlos, Frühstück ist zwar immer wieder gleich,aber gut und ausreichend. Die netten Damen in der Rezeption sind hilfsbereit, ein Lob für Roula und ihre Kollegin.
Warmes Wasser immer verfügbar.
Man kann auch für 7 EUR das Abendessen bekommen, Buffet - mein Rat: an manchen Tagen ein super Essen, an anderen eher bescheiden. Also erstmal schauen,was es gibt und dann in der Rezeption bezahlen.
Die Strände sind in der Nähe eher steinig, wer gerne einen Spaziergang auf der schön ausgebauten Promenade in Richtung Paphos macht,kommt er nach
ca. 35 Minuten zum Venus Beach, Sandstrand, auch für Kinder ideal.

Cons:

Ich war zufrieden. Kaffe ist leider nur ein Nescafe. Da sollte man sich was einfallen lassen.

Smells like fish
Pros:

Good location, spacious apartment, cute cats.

Cons:

The apartment smelled like fish so much, it was unbearable, kitchen was dirty, when we tried to turn on the oven it started smoking. Hot water takes about 5-10 mins to get there.

Pros:

Staff were all great and made my stay easy throughout. The room was really big and had an amazing sea view to watch the sunset. The pool was great. 24 shop close by and easy to get to the beach.

Pros:

Obiekt ma doskonała lokalizację z pięknym widokiem na morze i zachód słońca. Wyjście na basen prosto z apartamentu.
Najbardziej spodobało mi się łóżko. Tak wygodnego materacu nie spotkałem jeszcze w żadnym hotelu. Wyśmienity.
Wiele osób narzeka na to że śniadania codziennie są takie same. Ja nie pozwolę powiedzieć złego słowa co do jakości jedzenia. Może śniadania są takie same ale zawsze byłem najedzony a po powrocie waga była na swoim miejscu.
Najlepsze jedzenie to jednak było na kolację. Szef kuchni Bozhidar robił doskonałe jedzenie. Tak pysznej i doprawione lasagnii nie jadłem nawet we Włoszech. Pozdrawiam szefa serdecznie który zawsze dbał o to byśmy wychodzili z posiłków zadowoleni.
W pobliżu są plaże, przystanki autobusowe, wynajem aut oraz sklepy i restauracje.

Zdecydowanie nie była to nasza ostatnia wizyta.

Cons:

Oczywiście obiekt wymaga remontu ale po remoncie nie oczekujcie że cena będzie taka sama. Dlatego ja nie mam zastrzeżeń. Jest super.

Dålig behandling, smutsigt hotell och stöld i 3 dagar (vi bodde inte på hotellet

Vi kunde inte bo på hotellet . Vi kan inte
kvar i sunny hotelt. Det finns ingen som kan stanna kvar där allt .

Cons:

Jag vill framföra ett formellt klagomål angående min vistelse på ert hotell i Pafos, Cypern.

Tyvärr var upplevelsen mycket dålig. Rummet var i ett oacceptabelt skick med många insekter och larver, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att bo där. Situationen var så allvarlig att vi var tvungna att lämna hotellet redan första dagen utan att övernatta.

Trots detta debiterades vi för tre nätter, vilket vi anser är helt orimligt med tanke på de brister som fanns. Dessutom upplevde vi bemötandet från personalen som mycket dåligt och oprofessionellt.

Vi begär därför en återbetalning för de nätter som debiterats, då vi inte kunnat utnyttja vistelsen på grund av de allvarliga problemen.

Vi ser fram emot ert svar och en snabb lösning på detta ärende.

Az elhelyezkedés és a kilátás nagyon jó volt.

Cons:

A személyzet viszonylag rendben volt. Nem tetszett, hogy a recepción még akartak pénzt kérni könyvelési hiba miatt, ezt sikerült tisztázni, de a bizalom elveszett. Kávé alapból nem volt a reggelihez, ha kértünk kaptunk Nescafé pici tasakot. Ezt is mint akinek a fogát húzzák .... A tisztaság és a szoba igényessége egy csillag. Sok a kosz, piszok, büdös hűtő, ami átitta az egész nappalit. Gyakorlatilag 0 felszereltség. Ide biztos nem jövünk többet.
