Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments

Nu mi-a plăcut nimic! Într-adevăr era mult spațiu dar la ce folos dacă mirosul era foarte urât si erau insecte peste tot! Pânze de păianjen peste tot inclusiv deasupra patului! Am foat traumatizată de această experiență! Nu m-am bucurat de nimic! Nu este nimic in zonă, este o zonă retrasă si pustie! Pereții sunt foarte subțiri! Mobilierul este foarte vechi si uzat!

Hotel niskobudżetowy - taki wybierałam i nie spodziewałam się luksusów, spełnił moje oczekiwania. Wszystko adekwatnie do ceny, pokoj duży z kuchnią-salonikiem z lodówką czajnikiem i piekarnikiem ( fakt ,że aby czajnik zadziałał trzeba włożyć łyżkę pomiędzy wtyczkę a kontakt :) - taka mała podpowiedź ), pokój był po zalaniu, jak nas poinformował pan konserwator no i wg mnie konieczna jest wymiana mebli w kuchni przedpokoju i saloniku bo chyba zamokły i zapach jest nieciekawy, na szczęście w sypialni było ok. Hotel znajduje się około 5 minut spacerkiem kolo przystanku autobusowego z którego można dojechać na plaże ( okolo 25 minut ) , bo jak jest napisane w opisie hotelu że plaża jest koło hotelu to ja takowej nie znalazłam, komunikacja działa idealnie, autobus kosztuje 2 ero u kierowcy . Jak ktoś lubi spacerować to miejsce super, od miejscowości w której znajduje się hotel aż do Pasfos do portu ciągnie się super promenada z ławeczkami , idealna na długie spacery. W okolicy dużo knajpek , polecam gruzińską dobre ceny i mega jedzenie. My mieliśmy śniadanie wykupione, jest ok , typowe hotelowe ( jajka na 3 sposoby , pomidor, ser wędina ). Z lotniska łatwy dojazd za - najpierw autobusem 612 do dworca ( końcowy przystanek ) i tam przesiadka na 615 ceny 2 euro, autobusy jeżdżą często. Podsumowując - za taką cenę jest ok.

Nothing - it was very underwhelming and not like the pictures at all.

Sunny Hills is sentimental to me and my husband as it’s the first place we stayed at when we went on a holiday together. We returned to Paphos to get married recently, and stayed at Sunny Hills for a few days afterward for old times’ sake.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking in that I had booked a one bedroom apartment and had requested the specific one we had stayed at before. Yet on arrival they had only a studio free. Luckily, a friend who had come out for the wedding and was staying there was happy to swap his one bed apartment for our studio so it worked out in the end. But it did put a lot of stress on what should have been a happy time, and they should offered my friend at least a partial refund for having to downgrade his room.
The lady at reception who was dealing with the difficulties was very very very anxious and nervous and kept flapping and talking and going around in circles – it would be nice to have someone take a little bit more control of the situation especially as disabled and we had four large suitcases!

It all worked out in the end, but not only did we not get the specific room we have requested (the one I had stayed at the first time we were there), but it ended up being quite stressful to get anywhere suitable at all.

On the bright side, they were friendly as always, and allowed me to use use their washing machine which was very much needed!

The price seems to have increased a lot of the last couple of years which is a shame. Depending on price in future I would be happy to stay there again as needed.

Although I did not get to swim in it personally, the pool looked far cleaner than it had a couple of years before, and it’s a shame I didn’t have time to use it!

Lokalizacja ,układ apartamentów , basen , duże przestronne tarasy .

Uważam swój pobyt za jak najbardziej udany. Apartamenty dobrze wyposażone, śniadania smaczne, można się sensownie posilić :) Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, jeśli trzeba to załatwią nawet wycieczki zorganizowane. Basen czysty.

Helpful and kind staff. Good location and nice view from the terrace. Breakfast was OK. Good price.

Das Hotel ist nett,mit sauberem Pool, offen gesagt, verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Die Zimmer sind zwar keine 5 Sterne, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das weiß man ja. Aber: sauber,die Betten sind bequem, Safe im Zimmer kostenlos, Frühstück ist zwar immer wieder gleich,aber gut und ausreichend. Die netten Damen in der Rezeption sind hilfsbereit, ein Lob für Roula und ihre Kollegin.
Warmes Wasser immer verfügbar.
Man kann auch für 7 EUR das Abendessen bekommen, Buffet - mein Rat: an manchen Tagen ein super Essen, an anderen eher bescheiden. Also erstmal schauen,was es gibt und dann in der Rezeption bezahlen.
Die Strände sind in der Nähe eher steinig, wer gerne einen Spaziergang auf der schön ausgebauten Promenade in Richtung Paphos macht,kommt er nach
ca. 35 Minuten zum Venus Beach, Sandstrand, auch für Kinder ideal.
