Cons:

Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Dobrze wygląda na zdjęciach, ale w rzeczywistości wszędzie jest coś nie tak: gniazdka nie łączą, sofa, na której spała córka była krzywa i połamana od spodu, wszystko stare i zużyte, zbiornik z wodą w WC napełnia się godzinami, okna są nieszczelne, wieje przez nie wiatr, klima chodzi całą noc, się nie daje rady ogrzać pomieszczenia, śniadania dla wytrwałych - codziennie ten sam wybór (gotowana fasola, parówki, gotowane pieczarki, jako sadzone, jajecznica, owsianka, w lodówce jogurt, owoce, oliwki, marchew), kawa rozpuszczalna z torebek nescafe. Wygląda to wszystko jak by czas się tam zatrzymali ze 40 lat temu. Nic chyba nie jest odświeżane czy remontowane. Dodatkowo mieliśmy za sąsiadów mocno imprezujących na tarasie Niemców, którzy zakończyli alkoholowy maraton o 3 nad ranem, obsługa albo ich nie słyszała albo nie chciała zareagować. Auta przy wjeździe lub wyjeździe trą podwoziem o źle wyprofilowany krawężnik. My iszkodziliśmy plastiki.

Pozytywna ocena apartamentu
Pros:

Pokoj z.pieknym widokiem na morze. To najwiekszy plus. Duzy taras. W sypialni duze i wygodne łóżko. W okolicy knajpy i przystanek busa ktorym wszedzie dojedziesz. Sa tez sklepiki. Mizna w.kuchni przygotowac sobie posilki bo są ppttzebne akcesoria ale nie korzystalam, sniadanie bardzo ok.

Cons:

W salonie kanapa nie nadaje sie do niczego. Bardzo zużyta. Akurat przypadło mi na niej spać. Cale szczescie ze byl dodatkowy materaz bo inaczej byloby to niemozliwe. Kuchnia i lazienka wymagają odswieżenia.

Zaniedbana infrastruktura - zniszczone drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu, niezamykające się okno w łazience, zniszczona emalia wanny, brak wi-fi w pokojach. Wjazd na teren obiektu źle wykonany - pojazdy ocierają podwoziem o beton.

Family stay.
Pros:

Apartment in closed area. Very nice stuff. Swimming pool are quite clean and nice. Very silent area. 24 h check in what was the bigest benefit.

Cons:

Apartment and hotel still remember 90's. Lot of mold on the walls and equipment (dors, mirror). Kitchen very poor equiped. Very repeatable breakfast. Price for the night is not worth this quality.

Niestety nie polecam tego obiektu.
Pros:

Miły personel, ale niestety nieskuteczny. Kilka razy zgłaszaliśmy brak internetu w pokoju. Recepcjonistka usilnie twierdziła, że goście przed nami niby mieli internet. Niestety nie udało nam się połączyć ani na telefonach, ani na laptopach. Podróżowaliśmy służbowo i internet był nam potrzebny do pracy i nauki. W opisie obiektu była informacja, że internet jest ogólnie dostępny. Niestety to kłamstwo. Nie byliśmy jedynymi osobami, które zgłaszały brak internetu w pokojach podczas naszego pobytu. Niestety obsługa nic z tym nie robiła.

Brak internetu, bardzo kiepskie kolacje. Apartament przestronny, ale bardzo zaniedbany, wymaga z pewnością nie tylko odświeżenia, ale i remontu oraz wymiany starych i mocno zniszczonych mebli oraz urządzeń.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. 24h-Rezeption

Cons:

Das Apartment war in keinem guten Zustand - alt und verwohnt. Es war für 4 Personen angedacht, aber zum Glück waren wir nur zu Zweit. Die Schlafcouch war eine Zumutung - sehr stark durchgesessen. Das Essen war sehr einseitig. Das Restaurant entsprach eher dem Speiseraum einer Jugendherberge. Wer nicht wählerisch ist und eine günstige Unterkunft sucht, hat hier Glück.
