I am fond of all properties of Sarovar. It’s home away from home. In one word my experience was awesome.
We Were forced to attend and pay Gala dinner on 31st night and it was a poor show for the money we paid ....pathetic crowd and poor quality of entertainment was organised for the amount that they had charged ...food was just ok for the brand name that we had paid for
The check in is alright. The hotel food is good, just that we didn't get chance to try roof top grill as weather is good and food may get cold too quickly.
Happy with the 1st floor food. Wanted to compliment one of the waitress (slightly dark with specs). Had a fall at the restaurant, hurt my knee, lips and hands, straight away asked if needed ice, that helps to reduce the swelling, great 1st aid.
Hotel assist with our car transport which we had some mishap with our original arrangement.
The room attendant also deserve some compliments, ensure room guest has addition towels.

Found bugs in the room. The stay was not thatvgreat.
While checking in, it looked like a fish market at front desk, there was only 1 receptionist, had asked to speak with front office manager about the service at front desk, he mentioned it's the company policy to have one person to serve at desk. While checking out I settled my in the night to avoid fish market at morning, person name yuvraj asked one training person to see my bill to make sure I had no outside bills while right on my face he was busy checking personal stuff on the phone.i had to carry my own luggage until my car. Very poor service at the front desk to bell desk, I believe lack of management is the concern. The room was very comfortable and clean, also restaurant food was delicious and so as great service.
