A comfortable stay in a lovely historic hotel, well situated and helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, space for luggage, wonderful space in the 'accessible' bathroom. Great to be provided with basic crockery, cutlery and microwave for self catering purposes. Staff friendly and informative. Great parking.

Cons:

Chlorine smell in bathroom was a little overpowering.

great place, great location, poor security from cleaning staff.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Ground floor room was good. Location was excellent and easy to navigate to and from the hotel. Beds were comfortable and didn't move when laying on them and turning during sleep.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that impacted both comfort and security during the stay. The fridge in the room emitted a constant loud humming noise overnight, which made it difficult to sleep. Ground floor rooms had no curtains, leaving the interior fully visible to anyone walking past during the day.
Asked for an extra towel, and felt like i was grilled why, as there were enough towels supplied already.
Constantly heard room above us moving around & sometimes rattled our windows during the night.
A key concern was the lack of flyscreens on the windows. Due to a miscommunication, a cleaner left the window & blinds open from approximately 10am to 10pm. This not only allowed mosquitoes into the room, but also posed a significant security risk, as personal belongings on the windowsill were easily accessible from outside. Additionally, cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the room drifted inside throughout the night and made the room stink all night.
When this was raised with management, the response referencing security cameras did not address the immediate safety concern. The room door wasn't properly latched after cleaning & remained unsecured for the entire day. When reported, the response from rec. suggested this may not be uncommon, which was quite concerning.
The spa bath was also not usable due to visible brown residue, requiring it to be cleaned before use. We chose not to use it at all
While an apology was provided by the General Manager, the issues were largely explained rather than resolved, and no goodwill gesture or compensation was offered. The checkout process was also less than ideal, with reception unattended and communication handled via phone.
GM Stated that they would be having a staff meeting to address these issues which Shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Bins way too small, Reception Path bushes need trimming.

Happy to recommend.
Pros:

Beautifully restored old convent with lots of art on the walls. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. Nice café within a short walk.

Cons:

The lift was not working and it was a little awkward to get the luggage up the stairs.

Pros:

Great location and free parking. Spacious room and heating.

Cons:

Lift not working and, judging by the sign on the lift, it has not been working for awhile. It was therefore particularly harsh to put us on the top floor when they knew we had a baby travel cot to carry up the stairs. Yes, the staff offered to help but some foresight, or basic maintenance, could have alleviated this.

Historical building in great location
Pros:

Old interesting building, good amenities, friendly staff, quiet location, walking distance to amenities, after hours key box.

Cons:

Lift wasn’t working so had to climb three flights of stairs fructose after hours check in. However had staff been there they’d help with the luggage.

A very comfortable and quiet place to stay with an excellent view
Pros:

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities, lovely city view and quiet setting

Cons:

The lack of a lift but this was being repaired. I would have liked a paper map from reception rather than it being suggested I use my phone which I had some difficulty with. Remedied once I found the Information Centre
