Perfect location to easily walk to restaurants and easy drive to two other chateau’s in the area.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast in a very open room with lots of light. Scrambled eggs weren’t on buffet, but they made for us. Yummy fruit selection and drinks.

Cons:

We would have liked a little more warm ham or meat selection.

A grand place to stay.
Pros:

As well as very comfortable accommodation, there was an excellent place for bicycles. The breakfast was expensive, but exceptionally good and varied., and there were healthy options too.

Voortreffelijk verblijf met luxueuze uitstraling op toplocatie
Pros:

Alles eigenlijk. Van de vriendelijke en zeer professionele ontvangst, tot de grootte en het comfort van de kamers, de goed uitgeruste en ruime badkamer, en de mogelijkheden voor parkeren en opladen EV's. Het hotel oogt van binnen tegelijk charmant als luxueus en brengt je meteen in vakantiemodus.

Cons:

Ik denk dat er niet veel verbeterpunten zijn maar misschien had het ontbijt voor die prijs iets uitgebreider en gevarieerder gekund. Een detail, maar gezien de algemene uitstraling van het hotel had ik wellicht verwacht dat koffie vers zou geserveerd worden aan tafel in plaats van dit zelf te moeten maken via een automaat.

Charming hotel in a beautiful town
Pros:

Hotel Grand Monarque was exceptional! Everything was so clean and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! I would recommend it to anyone coming to this charming town!

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour un agréable séjour : la localisation dans le centre du village avec tous ses charmants commerces et son joli château, la discrétion et disponibilité des hôtes, la décoration soignée de la chambre avec une très bonne literie, le calme, un buffet petit-déjeuner délicieux.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Love this hotel. Azay le Rideau is a great place to stay in the Loire. The hotel is in the centre and walking distance from the Chateau.
Am a repeat customer, have stayed a few times now and have brought various friends with me.
I love the staff, they are so helpful and friendly, love the rooms,, the beds are super comfy! It's quiet at night too.
Parking is easy.
Highly recommend, breakfast is great too.
Great place to base yourself in the Loire.
