Die Unterkunft liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hier ist der Gast noch König.das Frühstück ist vom Allerfeinsten und wird serviert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bad wurde sogar 2 mal pro Tag gereinigt.

Disappointing stay with hygiene issues, poor service, and unreasonable additional charges.
Pros:

At the beginning, everything seemed fine and the property has a nice overall appearance. The lizard that entered the living area was removed promptly once reported.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience quickly declined after check-in.

There was also an issue with ants around the bin area, with a noticeable number of ants present. When I reported this, I was told it was due to a sweet wrapper being placed in the bin, which I did not feel was an appropriate response to what appeared to be a hygiene issue.

The doors to the two-bedroom suite felt very flimsy and did not feel secure. I was informed that the suite had been fully renovated, however the doors and windows appeared old and did not reflect that standard.

I was also charged additional cleaning fees for minor issues, including make-up on white towels and make-up powder on the carpet. It is unclear why white linen is provided if normal, removable marks result in extra charges. These charges felt unreasonable, particularly given the overall condition of the property.

The manager’s attitude was very disappointing. I found her to be rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. As a result, I chose to leave the hotel early despite having remaining nights booked.

The facilities did not reflect the price paid, and the breakfast offering was very poor.

Overall, the location was not as convenient as expected and the staff appeared overstretched.
