Really amazing boutique hotel which I would stay at again
Pros:

Lovely gardens and pool area,bistro style restaurant was superb the staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

A little noisy, school across road a bit noisy during school hours ( bells and kids playing) might bother some guests. Some temporary necessary work going on in grounds was noisy but hotel staff made sure we were disturbed as little as possible.

Great stay, lovely grounds great pool
Pros:

Exceptional staff, especially Richard in Bar who was outstanding, made my evenings there outstanding and introduced me to some unusual Sourh African products.

No BBC or CNN or other new channels, only France 24 available

Мы жили в большом двухэтажном номере возле бассейна и в гостиной на первом этаже нет штор ограждающих гостиную от улицы. Возле бассейна находятся другие гости отеля, и они видят что происходит в номере. Это не комфортно.

Palm House is a comfortable, well-equipped hotel with excellent food, lovely grounds & great view.
Pros:

My stay at Palm House was wonderful. I was in Cape Town for a quick business trip, and the hotel provided everything I needed. The room was small but very comfortable, with air-conditioning, luxury linen, a clean and modern bathroom, a coffee machine, and a bar fridge — plus a beautiful mountain view from my window.
The facilities were lovely. I enjoyed my dinner, and breakfast was exceptional. I even managed to squeeze in a meeting in the beautiful grounds by the fountain.
I will definitely stay again!

Cons:

My only request is that the room could use a full-length mirror.
