I have booked this place but then the receptionist told me there is no free rooms. So unserious.
I forgot my electric toothbrush and I contacted them to have it sent by fan courier

there was water coming out from the closet, the tube area was not cleaned
Great staff, friendly and helpful
The hotel is in a state of disrepair. Clean on the surface, but you can see cracks on walls or tiles, years of dust gathered on the extracte fans, the heater on the room didn't work so they offered me another room (really appreciate it) and in this new room the bathroom light didn't work. Overall decent value for money, but I wouldn't consider it 4 stars
