Rien c'est un scam

Cons:

Le lieu ne ressemble pas aux photos, le plafond coulait , les murs tombaient en lambeaux,la personne de l'accueil a refuser de m'aider et nous a fait attendre 1h dans le froid en refusant de nous laisser rentrer une fois que nous avons demandé des explications, il y avait 3 autres personnes à l'acceuile dans le même cas demandant un remboursement

NADA, las fotos no corresponden para nada a la realidad, deben de ser del año en que hicieron el edificio, las habitaciones sucias, no hay personal de limpieza, desagradable y el previo igual que otros mil veces mejor en SUSSEX GARDENS

Londres, por lo demás el hotel SUCIO, desagradable todo , mierda por todos lados , y una vez que reclamas ni caso no hay ni servicio de limpieza es más no se limpia desde el día de la inauguración, yo no leí los comentarios por eso reserve, no se os ocurra reservar en la calle sussex gardens hoteles limpios super bien situados y millones de veces mejor es el peor hotel de mi vida

Pros:

Localização, próximo de várias estações de metro, comboio e de autocarro.

Cons:

Nota-se que precisa de obras nos quartos.
O quarto era triplo e o colchão da cama individual, tinha muita utilização.
Não tivemos limpeza nem arrumação nas 3 noites que estivemos lá.

Pros:

If you like your 3 star hotels to have stained bed clothes, hair embedded into the towels, dirty walls, scruffy corridors and front of house staff who are clearly working in jobs they don't care about then this hotel is for you. Just awful. There are so many better hotels within 5 minutes of here so opt for them if you need fj stay in paddington.

Cons:

Oh, pretty much everything. In addition to the comments above I watched the check in team member shame and embarrass a young woman because she asked for extra toilet paper. This hotel just doesn't get it. Budget hotels should not mean budget thinking but clearly this hotel missed that memo

nicely located next to lancaster gate underground so didn't have to walk far to get anywhere

beds were very uncomfortable, shower had no pressure whatsoever so wasn't able to have a decent shower

Depressing , prison cell level . Only booked this very last minute as booked the wrong date for original date due to ext
Pros:

Location was good for second night in London to be close to Paddington Station.
Booked very last minute regrettable!

Cons:

Dirty, broken fixtures and fittings.
Couldn’t open window so claustrophobic especially with plastic blind that had no option to roll up keeping room dark and prison like .
Bed was out of line with mark on bed sheet .
Hole in bathroom door, no Shelf as broken off to put toiletries.

Dust, Limescale, dirty shower .
Smell of muskiness on entering room.
No kettle or Tea, coffee .
Wouldn’t take a shower due to filth and only had a couple shampoo sachets and hand soap .

Tv not working. Booked last minute , feel even if they had gone through the room check experience would be the same as No feedback from complaint they obviously don’t care about customers due to looking up reviews afterwards.

There are better places if you search broader I filtered my search low to high and chose a price match to original hotel however after booking saw that the order of prices were not in order low to high and £8.00 credit doesn’t cover any goodwill to be frank .

Will definitely broaden my searches from now on.
