Location was good for second night in London to be close to Paddington Station.
Booked very last minute regrettable!
Dirty, broken fixtures and fittings.
Couldn’t open window so claustrophobic especially with plastic blind that had no option to roll up keeping room dark and prison like .
Bed was out of line with mark on bed sheet .
Hole in bathroom door, no Shelf as broken off to put toiletries.
Dust, Limescale, dirty shower .
Smell of muskiness on entering room.
No kettle or Tea, coffee .
Wouldn’t take a shower due to filth and only had a couple shampoo sachets and hand soap .
Tv not working. Booked last minute , feel even if they had gone through the room check experience would be the same as No feedback from complaint they obviously don’t care about customers due to looking up reviews afterwards.
There are better places if you search broader I filtered my search low to high and chose a price match to original hotel however after booking saw that the order of prices were not in order low to high and £8.00 credit doesn’t cover any goodwill to be frank .
Will definitely broaden my searches from now on.

Close the Royal Albert Hall & Hyde Park
Room was tiny, with a tiny shower. The drain was blocked so the water in the shower wasn’t draining away and toilet seat was broken.
This was a cheap room for 1 night stay for convenience but the whole hotel is super run down.

Dirty room, not clean and dust everywhere. There was a hole in the ceiling that let all the air come through during the night (it was windy). Window couldn’t be closed. My room was changed when spoke with the receptionist, but I will never stay here again.

La habitación estaba super sucia y llena de polvo , si eres alérgico o asmático puedes acabar muerto , tras darme un ataque de alergia hable con el hotel porque no podía dormir por razones médicas ahí y la solución que me dieron era cambiarme a otra habitación igual de sucia , con paredes y las sábanas llenas de caca y mocos , booking no se ha hecho responsable y he perdido 400€ a pesar de no haber podido dormir ninguna noche ahí porque me asfixiaba y tener que gastarme dinero en otro hotel que he tenido que pagar yo

Flexible check-in, the receptionist was very welcoming too, and the hotel was easy to find and ideally located close to Paddington station. The price was reasonable for the room.
The bathroom was not very clean and the fridge in the room was full of mould and dirty. The bedding was fine but not so comfortable.

Las habitaciones no son las de las fotos. Todo asqueroso, muy sucio. Habitacion muy pequeña. Muchísimo ruido. Huele mal… recomiendo que se duerma en la calle antes que ahí.
