Worst hotel in uae
Pros:

Dirty , Tv was without clear picture, no towels , broken worn down furniture, no tissue .
Extremely uncomfortable bed with plastic mattress protector that is used for kids which was very uncomfortable to sleep on .

STAY AWAY!! Where should I start? Changed room due to smell, lack of hot water. Even in the new room there was a lack of hot water but then I couldn't take it anymore so I endured for three nights :-( The hotel is old and run down. The staff on the other hand do a fantastic job, they are very service minded so much of the misery made up for with a smile and good service, the only problem is that this hotel has expired :-( cannot be recommended :-( so stay away

The biggest hotel cheater I have ever experienced.
I booked a room for 3 looking on a pic which showed 3 nice bed.
Paid for 3 which one more expensive than 2
When I checked in they gave me 2 bed room and dumped a mattress mid of the room.
When I asked them why so they replied that is how we gave room for 3.
And I said I booked 3 bedroom as pic showed they the pic is for business purposes only
The answer shocked me also all the staff got together so I got little scared and didn’t say a single word and managed my staying somehow in 2 bed.

Poorly maintained despite strategic location and spacious rooms. Could have been a much better a much better experience with a little bit of cleanliness and professionalism. Not coming back for sure.

Pros:

You will feel like you are in your home in this hotel, my only note about this hotel that there is some furniture need to be replaced with a new one, but overall this hotel is a good choice with a real good price.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly except for the wait staff during breakfast. The waitress seem annoyed when we asked for silverware and refills of coffee. The bed in our room was not comfortable, way to hard.
