Wonderful stay beautiful apartment
Pros:

That we had our own space where we could hang out and cook food together . The apartment was very cozy and quiet

Cons:

We found a few dirty things in the room . A dirty tea spoon holding the bedroom door open , dirty plates in the cupboard both bath mats had hairs on them and the carpets felt gritty in the lounge area and the lights in the lounge kept dimming and then lighting up again on their own .

Stayed here twice now and cannot wait to come back for a third time
Pros:

Amazing staff, friendly and informative. Great location- 15 minutes bus ride from the city centre. Amazing decor and cleanliness of the room was outstanding

Cons:

The only thing I could possibly think that might be a disadvantage is the service, which does not reflect on the hotel itself

I like this hotel a lot - a real place with character, not a set of identikit rooms

Cons:

The room was very hot. The thermostat on the radiator didn't seem to work. We asked a a staff member about it and she said she'd look at it but it remained uncomfortably hot. This wasn't a problem last time we stayed and I've of the things i like is that you can open the windows and get fresh air, unlike most hotels these days

Lovely Hotel, good location, check re accessibility before booking
Pros:

The staff, location and parking facilities were great. A short drive to the nearby designer outlet and to Park and Ride facilities for York. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Just be aware if you do.have mobility issues you may not be able to access some of the rooms as there is no lift.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK but quite expensive for what it was.
