Tolle Lage, großartiger Aufenthalt, wähle es wieder

Tolle Lage, war bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel, einfach aber wirklich gut und individuell.

Prima hotel, locatie gewéldig! Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

de locatie was perfect, ook dat de parkeergarage zo dichtbij was en via het hotel te regelen was, geweldig! Ontbijt prima voor elkaar. Vriendelijk personeel, echter ... zie volgend punt.

Cons:

De eerste dag hebben we aangegeven dat de tv het niet deed. Dit zou doorgegeven worden. 's Avonds nog geen tv. Volgende dag wederom gemeld maar hier is niets mee gedaan.
Dus we hebben al die dagen geen TV gehad.
Bij vertrek een tip gegeven dat een haakje aan de muur of kapstok voor (lange) jassen wel heel zou zijn. Deze konden we niet kwijt in de kledingkasthoekje.

Das Zimmer hat nicht zu den veröffentlichten Fotos gepasst.

Die Lage ist super zentral.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte die Lage eine Abstellkammer. Direkt neben der Zimmertür, vom Hof aus, war der Kellerabgang und eine Abtrennung für irgendwas. Es wirkte wie ein Notzimmer. Im Bad hat es ordentlich gemüffelt. Die Betten sind weggerutscht und waren mehr als alt. Der Kunststoffbezug war überall rissig und ist weggebröselt. Es sah schäbig aus.

Maastricht mooie stad , hotel desillusie !
Pros:

Ontbijt matig ,vanmorgen niets aangevuld van broodjes ed . Niet vers !!!

Cons:

Hadden deluxe kamer geboekt , kregen een zolderkamer toegewezen op de derde verdieping !
Te bereiken via trap , voor 80 jarigen geen sinicure !
Wel prijs van de luxe kamer betaald !!!

Extrem unprofessionelle und kurzfristige (Abend vorher) Stornierung der Buchung

Ich habe die Unterkunft nicht kennenlernen können, da man mir am Abend vor Anreise um halb 9 über WhatsApp mitteilte, dass meine Buchung wegen Überbuchung storniert sei. Die Handhabung war leider extrem unprofessionell und meine darauffolgende E-Mail wurde erst vier Tage später beantwortet. Ich warte derzeit auch noch auf die Erstattung des Geldes, das ich schon Anfang Juli gezahlt habe. Meine Freund*innen, die erst vor ein paar Wochen gebucht hatten, deren Buchung aber nicht storniert wurde, konnten ihren Aufenthalt entsprechend auch nur bedingt genießen.

Onbegrijpelijk, verschrikkelijk en vreselijk!

De locatie! Middenin Maastricht!

Cons:

€100 via Booking voor de kamer betaald. Bij aankomst moest ik €200 bijbetalen omdat ik alleen de reserveringskosten had betaald. Maar zo is het volgens mij niet; er staat bij de reservering gewoon betaal €100 voor een kamer.
Vervolgens stonden er midden in de nacht andere hotelgasten in onze kamer. Deze gasten hadden van de receptie gewoon een sleutel van onze kamer gekregen. Wij zijn ons rot geschrokken en hebben ons de rest van de nacht onveilig gevoeld. De manager zegt ons gevoel te begrijpen en biedt €25 ter compensatie. €25 op een kamer van €300… het was echt verschrikkelijk en heb mij nog nooit zo onbegrepen gevoeld!

nette locatie, met nette, ruime kamers en prima faciliteiten voor een korter bezoek aan de stad

tv was niet heel bijzonder en je krijgt niet per se een hele bijzondere badkamer ruimte maar voor wat het is, is het net ingedeeld en heb je wel de faciliteiten die je nodig hebt om jezelf te vermaken en verzorgen voor een kort bezoek aan de stad
