Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле на 15 ночей и остались очень довольны. Главный плюс — это потрясающее расположение. Отель находится прямо в центре туристической улицы, буквально в 2 минутах ходьбы от пляжа и моря. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, массажных салонов и магазинов с сувенирами. Вечером жизнь кипит, но в номере, благодаря кондиционеру и хорошей звукоизоляции, было тихо, спокойно и комфортно.
Номера чистые, убирались каждый день, полотенца меняли регулярно. Да, мебель и сантехника не новые, но всё работает исправно: душ с хорошим напором, горячая вода есть всегда, кондиционер холодит отлично. Очень порадовал завтрак! Шведский стол, конечно, не пятизвездочный, но выбор приличный: яйца, омлет, сосиски, бекон, овощи, фрукты (арбуз, ананас, манго), тосты и т.д. Голодным точно не уйдёшь.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу на ресепшене. Ребята хорошо говорят по-английски, помогли с решением некоторых организационных вопросов во время нашего отпуска! За такую цену это просто находка!

En bord de mer dans un quartier vivant, un bon plan.
Pros:

Bien situé à proximité immédiate de la plage. Des cafés, restaurants divers dans l'environnement immédiat. Hotel bien agréable avec un personnel attentif. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Bouilloire avec yhe et café ainsi que réfrigérateur sont appréciés. Le petit déjeuner parfait pour tous les goûts.
Un lieu agréable en bref.
Un plus la piscine en terrasse.

- so với cùng phân khúc giá thì có thể tìm các phòng khác với chất lượng tốt hơn
Pros:

- gần mặt biển Trần Phú , đi bộ 5 phút ra tới biển rất gần
- có siêu thị và Vincom đối diện tiện mua sắm hoặc ăn uống
- có chỗ để xe máy, xe ô tô gửi chỗ khác

Cons:

- phòng cũ, sàn ẩm, các loại tiện nghi cũng đều cũ
- wifi rất rất yếu, không dùng được. Wifi ở bên Vincom thỉnh thoảng còn dùng đc và mạnh hơn, hầu hết phải dùng data cá nhân
- gần quán karaoke mà cứ đến 11h đêm là nhạc rất to
- phòng gần mặt đường mà không cách âm nên ồn

Отличное расположение отеля. Все рядом: пляж, магазины, кафе, остановки автобусов. Кругом очень красиво. Персонал отеля вежлив и внимателен. Приехали в отель в 2.30 ночи, нас ждали и сразу заселили. Бронировали на 2 недели, затем хотели переселиться в другой отель. Но нам понравилось, достоинства перекрывают недостатки, и мы в итоге остались в этом отеле на полтора месяца.

Cons:

К сожалению есть недостатки. Об этом мы читали в отзывах. В ванной комнате душ так расположен, что заливает всю ванную, в туалет идти бывает опасно, очень скользко. Но, как то приготовились.... Привыкли...
Не понравилось расписание работы бассейна. С 10 ти часов! Хочется поплавать до завтрака, но... Бассейн закрыт. И вечером не всегда работал, хотя написано, что до 10ти. Благо, что море рядом. Морюшко и спасало! Повезло с погодой, купались почти каждый день.
Завтраки были скромные, но вкусные.
Несмотря на недостатки, отель понравился.

Жили в "роскошном люксе". Сразу можно сказать если вы ищете прям роскошь, то это нет. Отель подуставший, и можно разглядеть и телевизор не смарт( русских каналов нет), и трещины в раковин и т.д. и т.п... Мы смотрели и оценивали другое - шикарный вид с балкона и кресла качалки на нем, большой номер в колониальном стиле, как и весь отель, на завтрак ходили трижды - очень прилично было. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Первая линия, рядом большой супермаркет. Учитывая цену - менее 2,5 на русские - прямо 🔥. Было очень славно.
