Great location, friendly staff, would stay again.
Pros:

Decent sized room and Clean. They allowed us to check in early which was very kind.

Very close to tower of London and st kathrines dock so perfect for London day trips. 3 min walk from Tower Hill tube station.

Cons:

No plug socket next to bed. Only one side which is a bit annoying in 2026.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und die Qualität war ansprechend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert war. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um London zu erkunden. U-Bahnhof Tower Hill ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war okay, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war funktionell, jedoch nicht behindertengerecht, wurde aber auch nicht so ausgewiesen bei der Buchung.

A great hotel in an excellent location with everything you need
Pros:

First of all, I’d like to say thanks for the small but very sweet touch – the welcome cookie. The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for visiting nearby sights and easily accessible by metro or bus. The room was clean and had coffee-making facilities, which was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety and delicious food. Lastly, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
