Mediocre hotel. Check in was crowded. Restaurant was crowded and quite frankly had an odd smell. Room was clean and TV was great.

His positive attitude and thoughtful approach truly enhanced our morning and added a special touch to our stay. Great staff, good location, good breakfast
Small room for price,
Constant knocking/tapping from the floor above, reported this to reception but to no avail, shower head slider clip damaged making shower useless, had to personally approach the maintenance guy to repair this, who did duly obliged, but surely this sort of thing should be flagged up on a room inspection??
I booked an executive room which I did not realise came with access to the executive lounge. That was a really great surprise! When we arrived though, the concierge opened the lounge for us to have breakfast (we could not check in yet) which we were very grateful for. I think the staff were the highlight, it was clear that people enjoyed working at the hotel and it showed in the way they interacted with the guests. Even observing the way managers and staff interacted, the positive culture was clear.
It did feel like the rooftop bar was almost permanently booked for a private function.
I stayed at the hotel on 21st June, and it was my parents' first visit to London. What a wonderful welcome they received!
A special mention goes to Lubna, whose warm smile, kindness, and professionalism made my parents feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrived. She offered them warm cookies and ensured they felt at home, which was greatly appreciated.
Despite the busy check-in queues, Lubna remained cheerful, attentive, and highly presentable throughout. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out. She is a real asset to the property, and Hilton is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member.
Thank you once again, Lubna, for making my parents' first experience in London so memorable and welcoming. We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to visiting again soon.

We held our Company 30th anniversary on the 29th May in the Savage Gardens Terrace and bar and it was everything it was promised to be and more. The food was top notch and excellent value as well. We also held our 20th here but were worried that it wouldn't be as good this time round but it was even better ! Nothing was too much trouble so thank you to all the team that looked after us including Maria, Eleonora and Lucy. Wouldn't hesitate to book a function here again and the views of London are spectacular.
