Exactly what we expected.
Pros:

room was clean, bed was very comfortable and considering we were in the middle of a city, very quiet.

Pros:

Was close to the tower of London and had every thing we needed close to it the staff were great and helpful from checking in to checking out always willing to help

Cons:

The rooms werent verry clean stains on the bedding on the mesh curtains for the price of the hotel I would expect alot more from it

A weekend trip to London
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations on this hotel! Fantastic service! Yuri and a lovely lady and check-in was so helpful and kind it made a stay extra special I wouldn't hesitate this hotel is fabulous! Roof top bar was unreal, brilliant views of London! 🤗👏

Cons:

The bathroom smelt terrible due to the rain- this appeared to be a known issue.
When ringing down to ask for hypoallergenic pillows for our stay due to asthma we were told this was not an option. Upon googling the hotel it stated on the website that the hotel offered these alternatives. We then went down to reception to ask for a pillow and we were told they would bring one to the room, the woman brought up another feather pillow therefore the issue was not solved at all.
