Lots of niggling annoyances. We probably won’t stay again.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small, with very little cupboard space. The flushing mechanism in the toilet didn’t work well; we had to ask twice before the hand towels were replenished. The water temperature in the shower kept changing., and there was no toilet brush. There were not enough electrical outlets.

Lovely hotel and staff, but let down by a lack of organisation and communication.
Pros:

The quality of everything was very good and the staff in particular were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bar manager Nico in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I can't complain about the facilities or the staff. Due to the problems we experienced (see below) the staff did give us a complementary drink at the bar and a discount voucher to eat at the Vertical Bar.

Cons:

The whole holiday was marred by the organisation of the hotel experience. We arrived at the hotel and they confirmed our booking and that it was for a family of 3, but then when we got to the room it was a double with no extra bed. A bed was delivered (this was fitted in very snuggly, which left very little room to even get around the bed and to the wardrobe and dressing table), but there was still only two of everything including glasses and towels etc. I had to go down and ask for these. When we went to breakfast the next morning we were told that they were expecting only two, I showed my reservation.

Overall it was pleasant however there seems to have been confusion over the number of people booked.
Pros:

Location and food offer.

Cons:

The booking was for 2 rooms, 3 people in total but both rooms were made up for 3 people which meant a camping bed was made up in each room and very little spare space left to move around.

Toller Städtetrip in London
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, in der Nähe der Tower Bridge, U-Bahn Station „Tower Hill“ 100 m entfernt,
alles also schnell und sehr gut zu erreichen.
Frühstück gut, Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Zimmer war im 10. Stock - leider außer die Wände der Nachbarhotels hatte man aber keine Sicht.
Ein paar Haken an der Wand fehlen.

Pros:

The bedding was quality. The location for me personally was perfect and quieter than the rest of London.

Cons:

Cold room, and if you put the heat on low it was noisy.if not on it really was cold.more tea making facility products.
