Pros:

さりげない気遣いが良かった。(水の補給、果物の提供、部屋のカードキーを不在中に電源にさして部屋を暖かくしていただいた）

Cons:

たまたま寒気が来て外気温が低い時でしたが、部屋とロビーが寒かった。

服务品质稳定，早餐丰盛。行政酒廊宽敞舒适，很让人待得下去。湖景房没想象中景色那么惊艳，但也不算浪得虚名。

Bien passé à part le paiement qui est très compliqué
Pros:

La chambre est propre, spacieuse et bien équipée .
La salle de sport est grande et bien équipée

Cons:

J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à payer en carte bleue visa . Ils ont dû s’y reprendre à plusieurs fois.
Le choix des restaurant est limité lorsque nous sommes lundi ou mardi il n’y a qu’un seul restaurant d’ouvert !

Je n’y retournerai pas. Manque de réactivité et d aptation à la clientèle étrangère.
Pros:

Emplacement très central, chambres confortable et propres.

Cons:

Un personnel qui ne parle pas ou peu l’anglais.
Une grosse problématique pour régler par carte Visa bien qu’elle soit acceptée. Une seule personne capable de faire fonctionner le terminal de paiement… après 2 longs passages à la réception.
Un hôtel dédié à la population chinoise business.
Au restaurant de l hôtel: impossible d obtenir les plats en meme temps. Service pas au point.
