Pros:

Camere mari si bine utilate,mic dejun excelent ,business launch foarte bun,personal foarte amabil,piscina foarte mare .

Cons:

1-Departe de zona lacului unde e si centrul.
2-La business launch bauturile( bere,vin) erau mereu calde ( pentru ca le puneau in frigider fix la ora 17 ,apoi le strângeau la 20 si le depozitau la cald.....

Not quite JW Marriott Standards
Pros:

My recent stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou was disappointing compared to other JW Marriott properties.

Wi-Fi was unreliable, TV options limited, and the room felt dated with worn furnishings. The biggest issue was a bathroom drainage problem that led to flooding—unacceptable at this level.

While the location is convenient and staff are friendly, maintenance and upkeep fall short of expectations. This property needs a serious refresh to match the JW Marriott standard.

Pros:

Great location to the West Lake. Executive lounger offers good variety of food especially the happy hour. Breakfast spread was great too.

Cons:

Toiletries- lotion, conditioner not being refilled. Bottled water also not consistently being placed in the room. Front desk was not thorough in searching up my booking. Not all equipment in the gym were functioning well, a little aged equipment. A number of hotel staffs are not very friendly / welcoming

Great recommendation
Pros:

I been with this hotel montly since 2023. the staff there are always great to my wife and I. Manager at the executive lounge, Alissa Zheng, always made me feel at home, make sure I feel ease when on business trip. Isn't that what everyone need? The feeling of home away from home. Glad to be the guest of this hotel.

他国のJW Marriottと比べて一番良かった！
Pros:

さりげない気遣いが良かった。(水の補給、果物の提供、部屋のカードキーを不在中に電源にさして部屋を暖かくしていただいた）

Cons:

たまたま寒気が来て外気温が低い時でしたが、部屋とロビーが寒かった。
