Okropne doświadczenie.
Brak odpowiedzi ze strony hotelu…
Na nieoświetlonym parkingu potknąłem się o krawężnik który jest nieoznaczony. Potłukłem nadgarstek, kolano oraz łokieć. Zniszczyłem kurtkę. Przez dwa tygodnie Hotel a raczej zarząd hotelu (bo tam podobno została przekazana moja skarga) nie raczył nawet napisać przepraszam nie mówiąc już o naprawie szkody.
Dodatkowo dostałem pokój w którym słychać było chyba korniki… odsunąłem łóżko i zobaczyłem brud…

Ismert hely, sokat nem változott. Az uszoda rész elég zsúfolt volt, de amúgy hozta a szokott szintet.

Cons:

The hotel has seen better days. It definitely needs refurbishment. It is not dirty, but the interior is worn out, not dirty, but simply ravaged by time. Small things like the inability to lower the shower head and poor water pressure are simply irritating. One thing that needs to be improved immediately is the soundproofing of the rooms, as you can hear everything behind the wall and every step in the corridor.

We love the aesthetic of this hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the location is great, as it is conveniently situated between Katowice and other cities in the Silesian region.

Cons:

We were staying in this complex for the third time, and each time there was a conference taking place or group trips booked, with guests behaving loudly after quiet hours. The walls are not soundproof at all. This time, there were also some spider webs on the ceiling in both the bathroom and the bedroom.
