When we first checkend in they gave us a terrible room full of humidity. So we went back to the reception and asked to change it.. they accepted and gave us a bigger room. The hotel is super old but overall not bad for its price. In front of a huge shopping mall and nearby dubai airport

It is conveniently situated across a major shopping center, accessible by an overhead pedestrian bridge. Also close to local shops and food outlets.

The hotel is situated by a bus main road. Traffic noise throughout the day, especially blaring of car horns reduces quality of sleep.

We were planning to have our vacation at Dubai but unfortunately the airline doesn’t allow us to board our plane because the passport of our kids expire within 6 months after the arrival date. We try to cancel and asked for a refund and was declined and didn’t give any options in how to fix the issue. This is very disappointing.
