Insgesamt war das Hotel gut, aber nie wieder – wegen der Dame an der Rezeption.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und schön.

Cons:

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unhöflich und sprach in unangemessener Weise. Als ich ihr zunächst sagen wollte, dass ich die Firmenadresse über Booking übermittelt hatte, unterbrach sie mich barsch und weigerte sich, dies zu überprüfen.
Sie nuschelte ein Wort, und als ich sie bat, es zu wiederholen, reagierte sie ebenfalls unhöflich.

War schon besser
Pros:

Bitte das Empfangspersonal so trainieren, dass das einchecken schnell und einfach funktioniert. Zur Person gehörende Firma muss schneller gefunden werden, Zimmer ohne Reservierung schneller vergeben werden und bei Rechnungen kann nach einem Umschlag gefragt werden. Das Hotel ist für Flüge aus Stuttgart gut. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber Preislich erhöht und an der Grenze.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und geräumig, mit einem schönen Blick über die Felder. Sehr gut fand ich, dass man sich in der Lobby und beim Restaurant kostenfrei mit Wasser, Kaffee, Tee versorgen konnte, am frühen Morgen lag da auch etwas Obst und Gebäck. Wenn man erst ab 7 Uhr zum Flughafen muss und mit dem Auto anreist, dann passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut. Für meine Reisebedingungen (Anreise per Bahn, sehr früher Flug) find ich das Hotel nicht geeignet.

Cons:

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, wegen dem Shuttle-Angebot zum Flughafen Stuttgart. Es stellte sich erst nach der Buchung heraus, dass der Shuttle erst am 7 Uhr startet und nur gegen eine Gebühr von 8 Euro angeboten wird. Da ich bereits um 5 Uhr zum Flughafen musste, blieb mir nur das Taxi. Ich hatte am Abend vorher an der Rezeption gebeten, das Taxi für 5 Uhr zu bestellen, dabei die verlässlichere Variante (Taxi oder Uber) diskutiert. Das mit der Taxi-Bestellung wurde leider versäumt (obwohl ich in der Taxi-Liste drin stand - es kam keines), womit ich am Morgen zeitlich in Stress geraten bin. Es wäre besser gewesen, ich hätte mich für die Uber-Vorreservierung entschieden.

Ich habe im Hotel-Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, was etwas enttäuschend war (es fehlte die im Menü erwähnte Sose beim Gericht).
Das Hotel ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht ideal erreichbar. Um eine Nacht vor (einem sehr frühen) Abflug in Stuttgart zu übernachten, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen.
